This was the first time I went there so she did the tint and then started threading my eyebrows (which do not need it because I have hardly no hair) so I just assumed it was part of the tint package or something. So then I go to pay and she (the owner) charges me $40 and I said why are you charging me $40 she said tinting and threading and I said I only asked you for tint not threading and she did not say anything but still charged me $40. I was like a deer caught in the headlights but the more I think about it I am going back to request my $15 back and if she doesn't give them to me I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The best part is that she comes to your house, which is wonderfully convienent! I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted, so she brought some design books and had me show her what kind of things that I liked. Then she customized the design for my leg. It is wonderful and exactly what I wanted! But she can also work from any pictures that you give her, so if you have something specific she's the perfect person to call.
