We did as she instructed and then got a reply back from her saying she's been booked for that time already. When my fiancé reminded her that she had agreed to that date and time she claimed she only takes bookings for bridal appointments. Obviously common sense isn't a strong suit for Riddhi as my fiancé had made it clear this is for her WEDDING! We shared screenshots to make sure she was aware of what she agreed to and her inability to meet her obligations. The fact that she cancelled last minute on a bridal appointment is bad, but a small business owner can't simply flake on her customer at the 11th hour and expect to continue business as usual. Absolutely horrendous behavior but my a business owner without owner and a pathetic excuse of a human being. Own up to your mistake and try to be an honorable person.

I enjoyed sitting in a ergonomic chair versus a flat board/bed to lay on as I have back problems. Place was very well lit and even have storage compartments in front of each station labeled "purse". Huge plus for me as I don't like putting my bag on the floor. Although no patrons were there at the moment, Dolly attended to me quickly and put on some relaxing music. I requested for my eyebrows to be waxed. She started with wax and quickly asked me if the temperature was ok. Which it surely was. She was very gentle unlike the aggressive type of "rip the bandage off" places I was accustomed too. She then followed up with a little light threading which again was comfortable unlike my past experience elsewhere. I think she plucked one hair with a tweezer and then applied the calming lotion as usual. She asked me check if I liked the result and I gave her two thumbs up. She then offered if I would like to have a tint applied, but my brows are micro bladed and passed. They came out great, thicker than my actual microblading, but I truly wanted it that way. I'm sure if I requested for them to be thinner she would have accommodated. They offer many services and my treatment was only $12! Well worth it!! Highly recommend and will now continue to get them done here. Parking lot behind off adjacent street. Highly recommend! Looking forward to trying other services!

While she didn't have as many reviews as the other henna artists that came up on the Yelp search, the 4 that she had were all 5 stars & seemed genuine. I contacted her and luckily for me, she was able to fit me in her schedule. Details of my appointment are as follows: Totally agree with the other reviewers regarding her professionalism. Her studio is clean, welcoming and comfortable. She works quickly and efficiently without sacrificing the quality of the art she is drawing. She did my designs totally freehand. I told her a rough idea of what I wanted and she totally delivered! She's affable, informative and engaging. I am normally glued to my cell phone when I'm getting any service done & rarely look up from it. I'm sure it was partly due to it being my 1st time & how amazed I was at how she was applying it....BUT Arva still kept a conversation going that flowed easily & freely. I learned all kinds of things about henna that I never knew. Like what it meant culturally, how it's made, the different kinds, etc. She's affordably priced and most importantly does really good work!
