I feel her 11/25 script was inaccurate but she said no and charge me $60 for the new one because I didn't buy glasses there. What a rip off! PV is making my new lenses for free. Now that's good customer service. Oh, and I was the doctor's first appt of the day and she arrived 15 minutes late to work. Like my time isn't worth anything? Needless to say, I canceled my next exam. I went to Dr Gould for years and always received excellent care and customer service. MF could use a little training on both areas.

The doctors are very communicative and they really invested a great deal into educating me on the various options, the benefits and risks of each, and for what life would be like after surgery. They prepared me exceptionally well for this major change. Throughout this journey, I've been so well taken care of, so well supported, and I felt very confident that I made a very well-informed decision. When the day of my surgery came I knew I was in capable hands and they were so very mindful and considerate of me being a little nervous and were great at making me feel comfortable and ready to go! I wish we had done a different procedure to the inner thighs since they didn't get any better (they are saggy) but there's no way either of us could have known or predicted that. As for my tush, it sags tremendously so I am really bummed about that, pardon the pun! I have had such wonderful compliments in regard to my abdominoplasty, so that's terrific. Just wish the other areas were more of what I had hoped for. Either way, I wouldn't go to any other surgeon - not ever! Dr Reilly is top notch! He takes time and is very knowledgeable and caring. The seemingly underlying goal of this company is to get patients to keep coming and fill the appt book. For me, they were light on dealing the root cause and just kept me you doing their exercises. This was never going to eliminate my problem. So I found a medical massage company in the same complex and in 3 sessions my problem was remarkably better. (They said that they get people from PT all the time). If PT works for you keep doing it. But if it's like filling a swimming pool one drop at a time, look elsewhere. This PT facility is run by mostly very young, new therapists. They execute well, but experienced medical oversight is lacking. The paperwork is typical of a big outfit like HSS - took over 30 minutes of my time to answer their overly complex medical assessment. Then when I saw the therapist, he hadn't even looked at it, based on the questions he asked me. Totally disrespectful of patients' time. I hate it when companies abuse you for their own benefit and care more about their needs and time than yours. And we are the customer! They aggressively try to book appts before you walk out the door. I have been to better PT operations.
