I struggled through the weekend but called them first thing Monday and they got me in at 10am. From the moment I limped in everyone was pleasant (A+++ Customer care). After checking in, completing the paperwork and getting X-ray's, I was introduced to Dr. Weber who listened to my concerns and immediately identified what my problem could be, fast forward I had my first adjustment, I could tell an immediate different, went back Wednesday and I had even more relief and now today Friday I went back for another adjustment and OMG!!!! This place is the real deal! From the front desk staff to Dr. Weber, I am was treated with care and I am happy to say I can walk (which is saying a lot, I was in so much pain and could barely walk Monday). We've dealt with regular sickness, needing follow up appointments, have had a broken foot, we've needed specialty referrals and they've always done everything quickly and have been so kind to us. Dr. Roque and Ms. Fain have always listened to my concerns and addressed any issues immediately. I've watched how his staff has been cussed at by parents and they've always kept their cool. Now there is a nurse practitioner there and she is also a great doctor and a wonderful addition to this practice. We always recommend our friends and family here! Also I had been calling them since 11am asking a call back from the Dr. I don't feel she ever gave my message over to the Dr on call there today as it is already after 3pm. and yet to hear back from him. Each time I called back they would just let it ring when she did pick up she was disingenuous with feedback. Always an excuse about why or when I would hear back from the Dr. I noticed last month a new receptionist i haven't learned her name yet but I hope I won't have to deal with her when I call or go in. Rude AND NOT HONEST WITH INFO. Funny how when i hit pist im being blocked ill just 0ost this elsewhere than because i know this receptionist was sent in by a certain group of people who steals people info and then secretly take out life insurance policies. ​

He is not very personable at all. Initially, he seemed to be professional and caring. But after several appointments he began to exhibit a demeaning attitude and only seems to care about getting paid. At one of my appointments he tried to perform three procedures that where not necessary or part of my plan. I still have problems with some of the work he performed on my mouth. Also, he would become very confrontational if I questioned or where not comfortable with a certain procedure. Avoid this Dental Office at all cost, especially if you are a Veteran. He does not appear to have your best interest at heart and is only concerned about getting paid. Totally, disappointed with Dr. Horner!

When I have had procedures done I have used the sedation dentistry. It has made my experience so much better. I still don't look forward to going to the dentist but I don't have panic attacks anymore. I love Dr Willis, Dr Henderson and all of the staff. I recommend this place to everyone
