In my opinion these are two extraordinarily brilliant individuals and are the absolute best of the best. One has retired from practicing law, and the other is now working with the public defender's office and can no longer accept private clients. I had so much faith in these two individuals that I was worried and in doubt when I realized that I would have to obtain new counsel. However, both spoke so highly of Mr. Moseley, that I was intrigued. I took their advice and gave him a call. It has proved to be one of the better choices that I have made. Within fifteen minutes of our first conversation, I knew this was my guy. Mr. Moseley has since worked on a couple of separate issues for me. Each time he has been pleasant, professional and upfront. He is a man of intellect, simply brilliant, and resourceful. Well versed on multiple areas of law, he seems to know everyone, and has, each time, responded rapidly, and quickly reached a resolution. He explains the law and process thereof, in a way that one understands their own fate, and is not in fear of the unknown. Communication with the client should always be of the upmost priority. Mr. Moseley understands this. Mr. Moseley's fee is reasonable and fair and is charged for the work he has done. I saw no exaggerated cost. He gave me a number, I paid him that amount, and the work was done for that amount. Transparency and disclosure are a huge plus for him as well. Mr. Moseley, in my mind, very easily deserves a seat next to the two attorneys who referred him over to me. The best of the best. I now consider Mr. Moseley my attorney for any future litigation.

I would give this company zero stars if that were an option…read more This has been, without question, the most unprofessional and frustrating business experience I have ever had. I began working with Mr. McNair approximately a year and a half ago for a process that was clearly quoted to take around three months. Nearly 18 months later, the work is still not complete. During this time, I have signed countless documents, paid out-of-pocket for notary fees, and repeatedly complied with every request made of me in an effort to move things forward. Despite my patience and cooperation, there has been no meaningful progress. To make matters worse, the company has now completely stopped communicating. My calls go unanswered. My emails are ignored. There is absolutely no accountability, no transparency, and no respect for clients' time or money. Delays can happen in business -- but disappearing on a paying client after dragging a three-month process into a year and a half is unacceptable. This level of disorganization and disregard is beyond unprofessional. I strongly caution anyone considering working with this company. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration.

Mary has no customer service skills, just overall ugly and nasty attitude on and off the phones. Sam jumped down my throat after I ask for a copy of my file by saying am I firing him because he don't play that!!? Then he tries to make me feel as if I have not been doing my part as a client when I have been doing EVERYTHING THAT HAS BEEN ASKED OF ME. I tell him about the late deadlines and how Mary was mishandling my documents by sending them to the wrong address his only response is I'll talk to her about that. She will never be corrected or repimanded on her disgusting behavior. I found out on my own that something extremely important was electronically filed against me. I was due April 18th. Mary sent it to the wrong address on April 10th. I had to come to office to get a printed copy on April 22nd still no one told me about these documents being due. A motion was filed April 30th for failure to respond which resulted in my documentation being due on May 15th. Mary set up an appointment for me to see Sam on May 18th to submit my documentation. I was the only person keeping tabs and open communication during my proceeding. If I didn't catch this in time this could have resulted in me being held in contempt, my case being dismissed or my case being overall defaulted on due to me not responding to this order. NOT ONE TIME WAS I UPDATED OR INFORMED!!! During the entire eight months of hiring y'all I called and checked in MULTIPLE times on updates regarding my case and Mary said there was never any updates. She does not do her job and it shows. My requests that I asked of y'all back in freaking January had never been acted on my behalf and was NEVER filed. I gave y'all tons of documentation yet y'all never advocated for me. Sam told me to trust him during this process, he said they have been doing so much for me and that they have been doing A LOT!!? WELL SHOW ME THE PROOF.... SHOW ME ANY OF WHAT I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING SINCE JANUARY!??!? CAUSE ALL I SEE IS THE OPPOSING PARTY MOTIONS FILED AGAINST ME!!! Am I only being billed for meetings and you holding on to my documentation while not doing anything with them? Upon obtain my file Mary still had a nasty attitude as if I did her something wrong. I'm fighting for my life while y'all just sit around and ignore any and all my requests while pretending to be in my best interest. Once again I put my trust in someone who I thought was there to help me during such a stressful and detrimental time in my life when all they did was SHATTERED my trust, took my money and tell me good luck after I no longer wanted their service.
