I met Shane & his employees in 2016 and the only thing I regret is that I didn't retain them sooner. You can call the office at any time during the day and you will either talk to someone right then or they return your call promptly. Abby is the senior paralegal for this firm and she really is a person that you just feel comfortable talking to about anything. It's easy to open up to her and she always has the best advice. I checked 5 stars for Taylor & Associates only because there was not a choice for alot more. I don't even know where to start about commending Abby, Megan and shane. All three very professional courteous, PATIENT and knowledgeable. I capitalize patient because it took a lot of patience dealing with my case from all three of them. Shane and Megan just finished a criminal case for me. Unfortunately in my life I have dealt with a lot of attorneys in my younger days and I have to say these two are the best that I've ever dealt with.
