They are clearly not programmers themselves as they did not know how to attach a simple API to my planned site, nor did they even know what it was. Initial calls with them before making a deposit to develop made it seem like a good choice, but, once they have your money, they are far too busy for you. Weeks in between emails, weeks and months in between any changes to the site - and, and ultimate failure. They had zero concern for getting my site finished. I had to find someone else to start from scratch, and they managed to do it all in 30 days - these guys couldn't do it in 3 months.

When I order on Sat or Sun, the puzzles arrive by Thursday in CA. I really like the printed box the puzzles come in. It has the puzzle that I ordered on the top and sides. The quality of the pieces is excellent. Best is the customer service. Once I had to stop a puzzle that I ordered and they accommodated that. Recently, I ordered a puzzle that I had already ordered in error instead of what I meant to order. Ashley quickly agreed to re-do the puzzle at no charge. That's outstanding service!
