I have had a bad experience with one of SSG's agents, Dave Kennedy, who refused to let me out of…read morethe listing agreement, despite his poor representation of my property. He often did not respond to my text messages, refused to put on an Open House, wrote a very unflattering description of my home, placed the sale sign on the side street instead of on the main road and gave me an argument about moving the sign, refused to sponsor virtual photos with furniture, etc. Dave also left the country for a month's vacation where he had no phone service without letting me know and without leaving another agent available. Dave is a very inexperienced realtor and it shows. I left numerous messages by phone and email for Avi Ron, the agency's broker, in an attempt to get this situation resolved and none were ever answered. I contacted a mediator from CT Realtors' Association, and she sent a number of messages to Avi Ron, both by phone and email, and none of her messages were returned, either. Dave was not amenable to any negotiation with the CT Realtors' Association mediator. Neither Avi Ron nor Dave seems to have any moral sense, and I would recommend staying far away from them.
