When I arrived everything was easy and efficient. They do have an X-ray machine on hand which was helpful to be able to make sure my toe wasn't broken. I had a lot of blood built up which was causing a lot of pain in my toe and he was able to drain it out there there and then and nearly immediately started to feel relief. He always has a great demeanor, friendly and outgoing. He has performed surgery on my Aunt which was extremely successful. During my Aunt's experience he was very attentive, he addressed all her questions and concerns. She was extremely pleased with his post operative care because he always took his time. Unfortunately in this day and age, doctors are more concerned with the quantity of patients versus the quality of care. Dr. Basra is a breathe of fresh air! The wait time varies, I would say about 20 minutes on average, which is not ridiculous at all! His staff is very thorough and friendly.
