Worst. Experience. Ever. Why is there not zero stars? I ordered a dishwasher and washer / dryer with this company. I thought I was doing the right thing giving the job to a small store instead of a big chain. Big. Mistake. They happily took my payment in full a MONTH before the installation was meant to happen (in hindsight I should've told them 50% on competition but I had a weak moment). I didn't hear a word from them for weeks after payment, until the date was nearing when I started emailing asking for some information please (!). I was told they were on track with the original date they'd promised. So far, so good. The morning of that date (no kidding, about an hour before the installation was due to happen - and only after I emailed again asking for an update) I was told that, no, the dishwasher wasn't in stock. AND they didn't know when it would be. But don't worry, we're still going to install the washer / dryer you ordered. Ummm... okay. So I canceled the order for the dishwasher and asked for immediate refund (out of principal) and then had to go out while my wife waited for the installers. She called me after they had left. They literally left the washer / dryer in our mudroom (instead of the closet that is designed for a washer / dryer) because "they couldn't fit it in". This is AFTER I've told the salesperson (Sue) to please not give me any appliances any bigger than our last ones for exactly this reason. So now, after a month of waiting, I'm left with no dishwasher and a huge washer / dryer in the mudroom, without the slightest idea what to do next. I guess I call a handyman to help me get it in, at more expense. Appalling. Never again. Avoid like Covid-19.

    It's much larger in person

From start to finish he made sure that the service I should have received, I now received tenfold! The delivery crew was fabulous as well, on time and with updates, setting everything up with care and with a quickness. Thank you again Brian for changing my opinion and allowing me to continue to do business with Earl B Feiden!

The…read morepurchase was super smooth because I did my homework and knew exactly what we wanted down to the model numbers. What really buttered my biscuit was them telling me my 220v outlet was not working....so, I hired an electrician to come out to fix an outlet that turns out was working perfectly.....($189.95) minimum house call charge. Also they had issue with the drainage for my dishwasher.....had a plumber come out to tell me they only needed a $2.75 PCV flange to get past their installation Issue. This is not the experience I expected and apparently purchasing a Heavy Duty Washer and Dryer, a Refrigerator, a Dishwasher and an Induction Stove ( which came out to more than a couple bucks) all at the same time does not warrant sending out installation people with more than one installation under their belts. We're not likely to use them again. Mostly because of the Electrician thing

They called to let me know when the appliances would be in and when they would be installed. No excuses, no delays and no nonsense - they were right on target which is unbelievable in todays market when everything is on backorder. The installers were clean and very respectful of my property. Whatever problems they encountered they handled without any hassles or extra cost. I highly recommend this company. Maria C

I chose them over a competitor twenty-five miles closer to me because of their reputation for honest dealing and skilled service technicians. Over the past twenty years, I have found this to be the case. I recently replaced my original dw with a new Asko from Ackerman's, whose technician and I ran into problems that called for an oscillating saw (neither of us had one and it would have taken an hour to locate and obtain one from a neighbor) but were solved with hammer, chisel, muscle, and skill (none of it mine). Really impressive.

I called ahead and they had everything I needed. I called back and asked to add soma few things to my order. The woman on the phone rudely said, "it's already packed." I was so stunned that I just hung up. Why not ask if I would like to start a second order? When walked in and told the woman behind the counter that I had an order, it immediately became clear from her voice that it was The same woman I spoke with on the phone. But she acted like I was someone new to her. I told her I had an order, and she acted as if it was the most preposterous thing anyone has ever said. She screwed her face up and said, lwhat are you talking about, for what?" I won't type out the whole in exchange, but she happily walked me out pointed at a few things and said, "they're right here! Where it says curbside pick up!" Meanwhile, my order was blocking the sign that said curbside pick up. She just really could've been a nicer human being. I will look for a different hardware store to shop where I'm not treated like trash. And I'm not even dressed as poorly as I usually am, ha ha.
