I described what I wanted, she asked me lots of questions about how I wear my hair & like to style it & she continued to ask questions as the cut progressed. They are all very nice & friendly there, I'm so happy I came. The prices are awesome too. She washed & styled my hair for one incredibly low price! Now my only issue is how to get my boss to send me back in 12 weeks for another cut.

Me and some girlfriends were looking for a fun thing to do to pamper ourselves, and ended up here. We were happy to see that the salon was large and that they had a ton of chairs to fit us all in at the same time! The workers were very kind and instantly got us seated. I got a pedicure, and was impressed with the amount of care and detail. I've had my nails painted before where they haven't gone all the way to the edge, didn't put on enough coats, etc., but they were very good here! My friend mentioned that it was my birthday, and my lady offered to paint a decal on for free! I thought this was incredibly kind and is a big reason I give them 5 stars...good customer service goes a long way! All of my friends and I left with our feet feeling great and looking beautiful! We couldn't stop talking about how nice the ladies were and how much we loved the experience. I wish all nail Salons were this good!

In this scenario faster certainly was not better. As for the nails - ugh. Uneven length and shape and far too thick. I didn't notice how bad they really were until I got home. Honestly I was just trying to smile and get out of there before my face gave away mu total dissatisfaction. Yes, I did see the few prior negative reviews but since they were a few years old, I gave some grace and hoped for staff turn over or training. Apparently not.
