This is a nice place with a good selection of services. However, my experience getting my nails…read moredone has been poor. I was looking for a clean place where the workers can speak English. As a trade-off for that, I received the worse set of nails I have ever received. Huge clumps of glue extending from under my nails nearly 3 weeks after the service. No clean up under the nails and gaps between nail beds and gel. I did go and have one of the nails replaced the next day, but the second girl did just as poorly as the first girl. The excuse was that the first nail tech "just got out of school". As a customer not looking for a beauty school level service, I am very disappointed.

People came in off the street to see if any availability and she stopped my massage to discuss services in the hall three times with the door open. Was a weird process that oddly favored my left side, which received three times the attention of my right side. Partially due to the frequent interruptions and restarting on the same side. No one acknowledged or apologized for this, though (the aesthetician DID apologize for her hair not bring done-- how thoughtful). I would have been happy to accept an offer of a glass of water and a "sorry we're a little behind". The facial was fine (I have had one before). The massage was standard, though the masseuse was not socially skilled and the background noise was loud (I could hear lots of commotion, which is not conducive to relaxing). I also was disappointed when I was overcharged by $15. When I gently asked why I was paying $15 more for the facial than what was stated on the website and their brochure, their response was that that was what I paid last time. (Silly me-- I didn't realize I was being overcharged last time!) They refused to charge what was advertised (it felt very "bait and switch" to me). I really needed that spa day to relax and I came out feeling more stressed. I will not be going back there.
