I took it back 17 days after purchase, with the receipt, asking for an exchange. I even suggested a different clasp which I was prepared to pay for. The shop assistant was sceptical from the outset. She said she had showed their repair man who said there was nothing wrong with it and he could not replace the clasp. End of story. I read a review on another site where a couple had the same problem. Beware buying here.
