Her holistic approach is just what I've been looking for. Dr Snead is very patient & kind. He did the internal ultrasound that discovered my fibroids. I absolutely LOVE that he offers to pray for you after every appt. He recently did my hysterectomy (11/2024) he prayed for us before surgery which really helped put my nerves at ease. I'm healing so well and I barely have scars. I've heard a few say Ms Angela rushes around. If so she does her job well and really listens. It's up to the patient to advocate any needs. There's only 2 of them and they care for so many, I always make sure to bring a list of concerns or questions and I always walk away feeling heard.

After experiencing a retained miscarriage, she went to see Dr Chellappan and was given medication that did not work. She returned the next Monday and a DNC was scheduled on Thursday. On Wednesday, she sought emergency medical care when she developed signs of sepsis. Instead of receiving support from her OB-GYN, she was "fired" as a patient for seeking urgent, necessary care at the emergency room. Dr Chellappan would not do a follow up visit for her. It is unacceptable for a doctor to abandon a patient in such a vulnerable state. Patient care should be the top priority, especially in situations where life-threatening complications arise. This decision was not only cruel but also a violation of the basic principles of medical ethics. Patients deserve compassion, continuity of care, and respect--not punitive actions for making responsible healthcare decisions. I strongly advise anyone considering Dr. Chellappan to look elsewhere for a provider who genuinely cares about their patients' well-being. No one should have to fear losing their doctor for prioritizing their health and safety.

Katie the PA, is equally wonderful and every time I had an appt with either ladies, I knew I would be treated right. I feel like they are family! All of the nurses are spirited and super kind, they each make my experience at the office worth it any beyond by answering questions and just being there. I have been a patient at this office for over a year now and experienced great services throughout my first pregnancy well before, and now shortly after. Dr English successfully helped deliver my son and made the whole experience for myself as a new mom memorable and genuine. No bologna and all heart. I like how she is extremely professional and can be like a best friend at the snap of a finger- I really trust her. I'd be honored if she delivers another baby of mine, should we have one! She is easy going, caring and very encouraging. I never feel rushed when meeting with her which I can appreciate. Dr. Northrop not only exceeded my expectations during pregnancy but also was great at lifting me up during some of the hard times. There are 2 other doctors at WCA, Dr. Pearce and Dr. Bhakta. Both of them are great so if your original doctor is unavailable no worries. Dr. Bhakta recently joined WCA and was the one who actually delivered my little one. I met her a couple weeks before and honestly it felt like she was my doctor the entire 9 months. Thanks to her for an incredible birth experience! Overall I would recommend WCA to anyone. This office is the exception to the status quo and I'm thankful for them being apart of my journey.

I've loved the office and nurse staff, I've never had or witnessed an unusual wait time, so I'm not sure what all those reviews are referencing. There's a little toddler play area as well, kid friendly and calm reception area. I switched from another OB to Hughes in week 38 with my first, and looking forward to delivering with this practice with my second in just a few weeks! Never had to think twice if Hughes was the right fit. She's absolutely lovely.
