I first heard Genny speak at my local SHRM chapter monthly lunch-in, virtual of course due to COVID. Though this was virtual, she instantly caught my attention with her passion for helping others find their way and of course her down to earth personality! I took a business coaching session with Genny, sort of on a whim. I realized I needed to get a structured plan put together for my growing business. I had the opportunity to listen to Genny Heikka at a corporate speaker series and was immediately drawn to her passion for helping women.  After a chat, and her going out of her way to accommodate my schedule outside her usual work hours, I signed up for the Personal Branding program.
