I've used a few different chains in the past, and they certainly have their benefits, but they are hit or miss depending upon the therapist you get on a given day. And while they provide a steady stream of income for their employees as well as great learning opportunities, they often feel like factories. You pay for an hour but really only get 50 mins due to the quick turn around time; on the plus side, hours are hard to beat and prices are typically fair. That said, I always prefer to give my business to a more local and independent professional when possible, primarily for continuity of care but also for the relationship you get to develop with the practitioner. 3 White Feathers fits the bill in so many ways. It's located off Eagle Road, though I will say I had a little difficulty finding it the first time as the address on the sign you see from the street is different than the address of the building it sits in front of. Just FYI. The complex is a fairly generic medically-oriented plaza, but Katie has managed to create a little oasis - the room is cozy and inviting, the table is topped with heated blankets, and the music serene. As for the massage itself, it was glorious. I was mainly feeling tension in my lower back, but once Katie worked her magic, I realized it was primarily referred pain/tension from my neck and shoulder blade region. I didn't even realize I was having a hard time turning my head until after the massage was done and I had so much more freedom of movement. If she can do that much in an hour, I'm excited to see what she can do with future visits. Other services are offered here, more related to skin care and cosmetic procedures, but since I haven't experienced those, this review will be for the massage aspect only. Katie allows for convenient online scheduling through Schedulicity, or after you've established contact, she's also fine with communication via text. If you can't find a time online that works, she is flexible and will do her best to fit you in. It's worth noting that she offers numerous packages; I bought a 4 pack of massages and it definitely saves you a few dollars. This place comes highly recommended! I am very much looking forward to my next visit.

He does so well that we now go once a month to have my back adjusted because of the pain that I have from arthritis in it he is always gentle and not a back cracker but someone who knows how to adjust your back in an easy gentle way when needed I also enjoy his front office person lives and Paula who is now retiring.
