Very rude owner .. everyone who works in office is not actually employed there they just work there…read moresometimes.. they were mad at me so they denied my access to the bathroom I had a very bad pain so I went out to use the bathroom and they locked the door on me but there was still patients in the back being worked on ... this " specialist group" is not so professional and not so good to go to. I dont suggest coming here if you have any pain or looking for a good dentist Very small office bathroom is located all the in the back where patients are laying down in a chair. They could definitely improve they way they treat patients I asked to see my charts and she sanded down a tooth but it wasn't on paperwork

I would give zero stars if I could. My father has been visiting this dental office for several…read moremonths. They provided him with a treatment plan, and he paid upfront using a credit plan. However, they constantly canceled his appointments, claimed to have worked on a tooth they actually did not, and still charged him. What was supposed to be a two-month treatment ended up taking over six months. When he requested a refund for the work that was not completed, the dentist or owner (unsure of her role) claimed that they had already lost time and money and therefore could not refund him. Despite this, some teeth were never treated, and they have repeatedly canceled appointments without notifying him. While unforeseen circumstances happen, this is unprofessional conduct for a dental practice. Additionally, he has requested his treatment plan and itemized receipts twice, but they have yet to provide them. We are now seeking legal assistance regarding this matter. This office has caused unnecessary frustration and financial loss. I would advise against going here -- it's a waste of time and money.

Dr. Hatami is a woman of integrity -- patient, professional, detail-oriented, and truly gifted in dentistry. She has a keen eye for making sure everything is done correctly and with excellence. Not only is she an incredible dentist, but the specialists she works with reflect that same high standard of care and professionalism. My smile is so beautiful today because of the quality, precision, and genuine care I've received by Dr. Hatami & her team. I'm currently working with Misha on my SureSmile treatment after she helped me through my implant process, and the experience has been seamless. She is such a joy to visit, and you can truly tell she loves what she does. She is knowledgeable, helpful, and always makes the process feel comfortable. Melanie is also an amazing hygienist -- thorough, gentle, and knowledgeable. Jessica, Vicente, and Kirsten have all been wonderful when it comes to scheduling and accommodating my busy schedule, which I truly appreciate. It has definitely been a journey, but such a positive and rewarding one because this is a team that truly loves what they do and genuinely cares about their patients. Taking care of your oral health is so important, and Dr. Hatami and her team make the entire experience pleasant, comfortable, and worth it. They have a beautiful, welcoming office and, more importantly, you can genuinely feel how much they care about the community and the people they serve. I have been fearful of dental work for many years, like so many people are, and I have finally found a dental office where I feel completely safe, comfortable, and relaxed. The dental hygienists have always been incredibly courteous, but what stands out most is how gentle, caring, and attentive they are. They take the time to understand my anxiety and are especially mindful of my gum sensitivity, which has made such a difference in my experience. I used to avoid going to the dentist, and unfortunately, that eventually led to more dental problems. Since finding State Street Dental, I no longer have that fear. My teeth are doing great, and I no longer dread going to the dentist or putting off what is an important part of maintaining our health. I am so grateful to have found a dental office where I feel genuinely cared for and respected. If you are someone who is nervous or fearful about going to the dentist, I highly recommend giving State Street Dental a try. They have completely changed my experience with dental care!

When Dr. Trammel learned my father passed away he put a rush on my dad's bridge so that he may be buried with a full set of teeth. But the years caught up with this dentist. 6-7 years ago he botched my root canal and crowns. I complained to the staff about pain and discomfort but I was ignored. I had other problems that the staff ignored. Tremmel finally retired due to health problems. I ost a tooth because the gum area became infected. I complained for 2 months about the pain but was ignored. A new doctor redid my root canal but it was always painful for 3 years. Last year I was sent to a specialist and he informed me that when HD redid my root canal they did NOT clean out all the bacteria. HD did a poor job making me a partial because I lost that tooth. The partial was painful and it actually moved my back molars that it attached to. Instead of moving my Terr back the dentist shaved my teeth. They just replaced the crown that was not done correctly with a larger crown, but that moved my back teeth and I'm now biting down on my gums. Now they are saying they may have to shave my bone! Or this or that! It appears that I go in for one thing and they keep adding things. My day we called that padding the bill. So, my bite is messed up and the back teeth are still digging into my back gums. I left. Never to return. My suggestion don't go here because it's all about how many procedures they can force on you. They create problems so they can charge you more for more procedures.
