Unfortunately,on two bottom teeth the glue or bonding material wore off so the wire was not fixed to those teeth. Fortunately, today 360 orthodontics took good care of me. They just added the glue/ bonding material I was in the treatment chair no more than 10 minutes and I was not charged since they didn't need to replace the whole fixed retainer on the bottom. I can't speak for others , but they have usually been good to me. I recommend them. Thank you 360 orthodontist! I appreciate that you fixed me right up :)

Constantly changing staff, misleading "$2k braces" marketing, and treatment that drags on forever because they only schedule appointments every three months. Its a circus in there! After over three years, my bite and teeth were still wrong. I asked the orthodontist how much longer and she would say "3 more months" then "5 more", she was not being honest. Next thing you know I was about to hit 4 years with a messed up bite and teeth. They clearly don't care. Be 10 minutes late? They cancel your appointment and push you back weeks. Oh but they can text you they're running behind because of short staffing. This place is poorly run, misleading, and not worth the time, money, or stress. You get what you pay for.

I and my family have been coming to HD since 1989. The care…read morewas excellent and you felt like family. When my dad passed way in 2012, his bridge was in the process of being repaired. When Dr. Trammel learned my father passed away he put a rush on my dad's bridge so that he may be buried with a full set of teeth. But the years caught up with this dentist. 6-7 years ago he botched my root canal and crowns. I complained to the staff about pain and discomfort but I was ignored. I had other problems that the staff ignored. Tremmel finally retired due to health problems. I ost a tooth because the gum area became infected. I complained for 2 months about the pain but was ignored. A new doctor redid my root canal but it was always painful for 3 years. Last year I was sent to a specialist and he informed me that when HD redid my root canal they did NOT clean out all the bacteria. HD did a poor job making me a partial because I lost that tooth. The partial was painful and it actually moved my back molars that it attached to. Instead of moving my Terr back the dentist shaved my teeth. They just replaced the crown that was not done correctly with a larger crown, but that moved my back teeth and I'm now biting down on my gums. Now they are saying they may have to shave my bone! Or this or that! It appears that I go in for one thing and they keep adding things. My day we called that padding the bill. So, my bite is messed up and the back teeth are still digging into my back gums. I left. Never to return. My suggestion don't go here because it's all about how many procedures they can force on you. They create problems so they can charge you more for more procedures.

If you have a child with you and you need to get dental work...don't bring them here you'll waste…read moreyour time. I've been to 3 dentist office in 4 years and I'm always asked if my son will be with me. I understand there's sometimes kids who don't behave but don't assume my child is one of them. And when I tell you my kid is a calm kid then you need trust and see how it goes afterwards. I get to the front desk and First Lady asks if I have someone to watch him. Which is a common question and I assure her that he's a calm kid and he'll be fine and she says okay. My son wasn't making any noise, wasn't running around. And no, I don't have someone to watch him because mother works and I work in the afternoon. It's the only time I can take care of my needs. Then I have nurse come by to tell me we need to do X-rays and if I have someone to watch him. Again I say no I don't but he can stay off to the side while I'm doing the X-rays. I get it, it's radiation. Me and him have done this before he knows what to do. She tells me to hold on while she asks and proceeds to take 10 minutes doing whatever it was she was doing (does it take that long to ask a question?) and approaches me and just says okay I'm ready for you. Well I assumed we were good and I tell my son who is calmly sitting down watching a movie on my phone to walk with me. As we're walking some other lady receptionist gets up (mind you she's in the back and not sure what her Tuesday was like but girl sit down) and tells me oh he can't go back there... I'm taken a back trying to figure out what the hell is going on and what's the big issues I thought this was sorted out. I start arguing with them we already went over this and she says because we don't want him running around and I'm telling you're assuming he's like that, look at him..he's doing nothing but standing next to me. So I have him, a 3 YEAR OLD... sit down by himself in the waiting area meanwhile I thought I was just gonna do the X-rays and then I could bring him back there. Nope. We go to a room where they have two chairs and I said oh are we doing the x rays here and the mute nurse says yes and then cleaning and I said okay well can I bring him after the X-rays and she says no we can't. So basically I was gonna leave him out there by himself the whole time. I asked what's the big deal, why can't I just have him sit there...of course another nurse intercedes and starts telling me AGAIN..well we don't want him running around... Guys! Communicate...hell man...I've been through this at other offices. They accommodate. Okay. Not every kid is the same. Don't assume. Me and him have done this before. He knows to just sit and chill. And "Business owner" don't tell me to call relations just so you guys don't get real feedback here for everyone else to see knowing relations isn't gonna do crap about these ladies attitudes. My wife is an employee at Loma Linda University and I did not choose to go here. Business owner, the front office has my number if you'd like to contact me. They know who I am. They won't forget this interaction and neither will I.

To be completely honest, I'm a little nervous coming here... but I really wanted this dental office…read moreto work out. I'm fairly new to Cali and finding a dentist has been challenging. The first office I tried had wonderful staff/dentist, but the location was tucked between businesses in a tiny lot with zero parking, everyone was great, you'd be seen quickly and I'm sure poor parking drives away the members. The second place. staff was kind, dentist was bleh. Kind of cold but the biggest problem was how DIRTY this office was. I'm really not overly picky, but it's hard to relax in a dental chair staring at layers of dust everywhere. It felt like you'll walk out with an infection from that place. I NEVER returned. Notice I'm not mentioning who - because I'm not trying to be hurtful. Now... Vernon Dental. I WALKED in and was quickly offered a same-day appointment. During appt, everyone was welcoming, professional, and the office was CLEAN. Oh yes... there's PLENTY of parking! After my appointment, I needed help and called... this is the nightmare. The biggest (so far only) issue this office needs to work on is their phone system. Calling the office is extremely frustrating!! There's an AI answering service that sends you through endless prompts before finally transferring you to an operator. Then after sitting on hold forever with your blood pressure already rising because of this AI, the call disconnects!!! I called back 6x and all 6x call just ends. Soooo disrespectful. I truly hope this is a system issue and not the front desk staff because everyone in person has been incredibly kind and helpful and that would suck! And if the receptionist is in fact hanging up on members because she's overwhelmed, get her some help!! Even an intern would be helpful!! Shoot you get 2 interns so there's always 2 receptionist/admins available. Your girl now can manage that area and handle the more complex tasks, while delegating appt booking or smaller general questions to HER interns. Seee problem solve! I've worked clerical years ago and it was a very undervalued and unappreciated position. I got my interns when I was about to leave. This AI will know your name but can't even find your scheduled appointments? That's minimal AI help. Get rid of the AI and get additional receptionist support, it would make a huge difference because this part of the experience will absolutely drive members away. I want this to work so I'm annoyed but will refrain from calling and just use my breaks to drive over (little voice inside is yelling ridiculous). Those looking for dental care:: once you actually get into the office, the experience is great. Everyone I have interacted with has been kind, professional, patient, and caring. And the air feels clean lol. Yes, there's usually a wait. Yes, there's a line. But to me, that says something important: people want to be seen here. The office stays busy because members trust them and are getting the care they need. Honestly, if you have the time, it's probably easier to stop by in person and avoid calling for help. That would be much faster and with less frustration - even if it takes time to make the trip.

I strongly regret choosing Lifetime Dental in San Bernardino and feel obligated to warn others…read moreabout my experience. The dental work I received was unacceptable and had to be corrected by another dentist. That alone speaks volumes. I have some background knowledge in dentistry -- enough to recognize when work is done properly and when it is not -- and the treatment I received fell far below professional standards. No patient should have to pay twice to fix work that should have been done correctly the first time. What was even more disappointing was the behavior of the front office staff. When I called to explain why I was unhappy with my last visit, why I will not be booking again ever. The woman I spoke with immediately became passive-aggressive and argumentative. Instead of listening or attempting to resolve the issue, she dismissed my concerns and spoke to me as though she had personally performed the procedure herself. It was defensive, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate. Patients deserve to be heard -- not challenged or belittled. The only positive part of my experience was the dental hygienist, who was kind and professional. Unfortunately, that was not enough to outweigh the poor quality of dental work and the careless customer service. I will not be returning to this office and will be contacting my insurance provider regarding my experience. I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before seeking treatment here. Also to avoid their $95 cancellation fee just don't schedule here at ALL.
