Unfortunately,on two bottom teeth the glue or bonding material wore off so the wire was not fixed to those teeth. Fortunately, today 360 orthodontics took good care of me. They just added the glue/ bonding material I was in the treatment chair no more than 10 minutes and I was not charged since they didn't need to replace the whole fixed retainer on the bottom. I can't speak for others , but they have usually been good to me. I recommend them. Thank you 360 orthodontist! I appreciate that you fixed me right up :)

Next thing you know I was about to hit 4 years with a messed up bite and teeth. They clearly don't care. Be 10 minutes late? They cancel your appointment and push you back weeks. Oh but they can text you they're running behind because of short staffing. This place is poorly run, misleading, and not worth the time, money, or stress. You get what you pay for.

I've been to 3 dentist office in 4 years and I'm always asked if my son will be with me. I understand there's sometimes kids who don't behave but don't assume my child is one of them. And when I tell you my kid is a calm kid then you need trust and see how it goes afterwards. I get to the front desk and First Lady asks if I have someone to watch him. Which is a common question and I assure her that he's a calm kid and he'll be fine and she says okay. My son wasn't making any noise, wasn't running around. And no, I don't have someone to watch him because mother works and I work in the afternoon. It's the only time I can take care of my needs. Then I have nurse come by to tell me we need to do X-rays and if I have someone to watch him. Again I say no I don't but he can stay off to the side while I'm doing the X-rays. I get it, it's radiation. Me and him have done this before he knows what to do. She tells me to hold on while she asks and proceeds to take 10 minutes doing whatever it was she was doing (does it take that long to ask a question?) and approaches me and just says okay I'm ready for you. Well I assumed we were good and I tell my son who is calmly sitting down watching a movie on my phone to walk with me. As we're walking some other lady receptionist gets up (mind you she's in the back and not sure what her Tuesday was like but girl sit down) and tells me oh he can't go back there... I'm taken a back trying to figure out what the hell is going on and what's the big issues I thought this was sorted out. I start arguing with them we already went over this and she says because we don't want him running around and I'm telling you're assuming he's like that, look at him..he's doing nothing but standing next to me. So I have him, a 3 YEAR OLD... sit down by himself in the waiting area meanwhile I thought I was just gonna do the X-rays and then I could bring him back there. Nope. We go to a room where they have two chairs and I said oh are we doing the x rays here and the mute nurse says yes and then cleaning and I said okay well can I bring him after the X-rays and she says no we can't. So basically I was gonna leave him out there by himself the whole time. I asked what's the big deal, why can't I just have him sit there...of course another nurse intercedes and starts telling me AGAIN..well we don't want him running around... Guys! Communicate...hell man...I've been through this at other offices. They accommodate. Okay. Not every kid is the same. Don't assume. Me and him have done this before. He knows to just sit and chill. And "Business owner" don't tell me to call relations just so you guys don't get real feedback here for everyone else to see knowing relations isn't gonna do crap about these ladies attitudes. It was defensive, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate. Patients deserve to be heard -- not challenged or belittled. The only positive part of my experience was the dental hygienist, who was kind and professional. I will not be returning to this office and will be contacting my insurance provider regarding my experience. Recently I had an urgent inquiry regarding my plaque build up and needed a second opinion from a…read moreprofessional dentist. Luckily my sister referred me to Dr. Philip. I am beyond grateful and appreciative of Dr. Philip's time and care for me even though I am not his patient. After seeing my dentist at a different office, I was informed that I needed deep cleaning ASAP. However I was not provided further information. This made me doubt whether my own dentist just wanted me to pay out of pocket for a service that was not necessarily urgent. I wasn't sure what to do and expressed my concerns to my family. My sister suggested that she can ask her friends that are in the dental field which led us to Dr. Philip. Dr. Philip immediately responded to my sister and later even personally called me. He was already home, yet still took time to answer my questions. He even offered me to come over to his clinic for him to give me a proper consultation that I did not receive in my own dental clinic. He provided patient education that I needed and even followed up with me days later to make sure I received my perio charting and provided his professional opinion to help me make my decision. Knowing that Dr. Philip did this for me even though I am not a patient of his, I can imagine the greater care his patients receive. He is a phenomenal example that I wish more dentists exemplified. At this point, the lack of any follow-through leaves me with the impression that the response was primarily for public-facing purposes rather than an indication that meaningful changes would actually be considered. I would have been happy to return had the process been reconsidered, and I remain disappointed that their public response appears to have ended with the response itself.
