I use the word 'whumped' because its hard to describe the sensation of being gently beaten with what looks like a giant tea bag! - look at the website to see what I mean. The whole thing finishing off with a relax in your own private steam bath in the room.Then you get tea and snacks. It was worth what I paid for it ($99) but might be a bit overpriced at the 'original' price, which I think was closer to $199. The entire staff is so friendly, funny and made me feel truly taken care of. The spa is extremely clean and had a very peaceful ambiance. As for my treatments, I got a facial from Hoda and a traditional Abhyanga massage from Cindie. My skin has been glowing for the past week. Hoda really read my skin well and focused on treating my problem areas and tightening my pores. She made me feel comfortable and was a great energy in the room. I even had a little therapy session with her! For my massage, Cindie took the time to work out all my knots and focused on my lower back (which was the main reason I went in that day).
