Since I was so impressed with the initial reading and as someone who believes in spiritual and energy work, I was open to it. However, the reason for my review is the extreme lack of communication that followed. I paid a significant amount upfront (and even additional payment at her request) for a series of sessions that included spiritual, mental, and emotional clearing. I was given specific instructions on how we would communicate and how she would be helping me. Unfortunately, communication quickly became very difficult. It was hard to get her on the phone, a scheduled appointment was missed, texts/calls have been ignored and multiple follow-ups have gone unanswered. When someone pays a substantial amount for services, basic communication and follow-through are very important. I was comfortable making the investment in myself if the services were provided as described, but unfortunately that has not been my experience. For lack of a better word, I've been ghosted. I don't doubt that Paulina may have genuine intuitive ability, but the lack of responsiveness after payment has left me very disappointed with the professionalism of the overall experience. She is obviously taking advantage of people who want to work with her to better themselves. Hindsight is certainly 20/20 and shame on me for missing the red flags. If she offers spiritual cleansing, do not give her cash and do not give her money on Zelle or there will be no recourse for when she takes your money and ghosts you. Within a few hours of booking, I received confirmation emails along with the Zoom link, which made the process smooth and reassuring. According to her website, the 30-minute session allows for 5-8 questions, so I took advantage of that by preparing my questions ahead of time since this was my very first spiritual reading. During the session, I asked about my love life as well as some questions regarding relatives who have passed. At times, I provided some clarification to help guide the reading. Later that night, after the session, I received a phone call from my stepdad that ended up reassuring me about my love life in a way that felt very similar to what Angela had shared during the reading, which I found interesting. I found this studio a few months ago when I decided to reinvent my July 24th for 2025. Last year on this day in 2024 I had surgery to remove the extra skin after losing 165lbs from 311.5lbs and the surgery I came home and unfortunately started bleeding internally and had to go back to the ER for additional surgery in total I lost 4 pints of blood and needed a transfusion. That day I spent most of the day stressed, panicked, unconscious/ in surgery for 10 plus hours unsure of what came next. I knew this year on July 24th I was gonna seize the day and do stuff relaxing and rejuvenating. This yoga session targeted stretching and zen through the class . There was a point where she mentioned to let go of the stuff that's behind us and release it and leave it at the beach. That moment felt great to really zone in the waves and everything at the shore to move past last year. The instructor was very attentive and made sure everyone understood each pose and directed us when to breathe. This was everything I needed for today, the beach setting and the yoga/zen.
