The yellow colored sauce: I didn't know what it was. I thought it was butter because of the color, but was not. It had some sweet notes to it and some bites were kinda spicy...or that was leftover heat from the red? I don't know but I ate it on my chicken quesadilla. I worried there may be a language barrier (since I am not fluent in Spanish) or I would have to translate menu on phone, but the menu had both and the girl up front spoke English.
