It has a thick fat cap that my boyfriend likes. IT IS DIFFICULT TO FIND! If you get their grass fed one it will run about 17 bucks. If you go for the regular one it will only cost about 6.50. I love this place! Sushi...coffee shop..made to order pizzas..hot breakfast station..deli..nice wines..etc. The employees are always super nice! Best of all is that they have outside seating for pets and will allow well behaved small dogs inside while you are shopping! Ps. My boyfriend had me go back in and get 2 more grass fed picanha steaks for the freezer! He is Argentinian !

I took my book for natural healing to help me decide what I needed but didn't need it because she helped me so much today and I'm so happy I went. The prices really surprise me. I've paid way more for the exact same product for the exact same company. I've used Nature's Sunshine Products before and as of today I will start to take them once again. Please visit their website to read the history and learn how Satsuma mandarins differ from Cuties or Halos. Northern Californians have known about Satsuma mandarins much longer than the rest of the world. Satsumas are the very best of the seedless tangarines. Their skins are so easy to peel they almost fall off. Each mandarin section is a perfect bite size treat. They can also be juiced or made into jam. At Doering's you drive through the orchard to get to the shop. Your GPS will help you. I buy from Doering's because I know the mandarins are farm fresh and their service is fantastic. Please see my photos, this is a hands on, family run business. This year they boxed up twenty pounds of mandarins which I took back to So Cal on the airplane as checked baggage. The mandarins arrived in perfect condition. My only regret is that I should have bought 40 pounds. They make perfect gifts. Satsumas do have a fairly short season so call before you go.
