I asked what the TRE SPADE (see pix) contraption was, and one of the two men workers told me it was to make sausage. There are a nice selection of meats both behind the counter and in the fridge/freezer on the opposite side including but not limited to filet mignon, grass fed chuck chop meat at 18.99 a lb. and antipasto bites of olives in a pack of 3, spices, boxes of manicotti , jumbo shell, vegetables, and in the glass case, cooked Brussel sprouts, roasted red potatoes, on top, bread loafs and gotcha items as bags of Tates cookies. On the walls behind were chalkboard signs of meats and prices along with business cards and a sign listing Dinners Family Style and a QR sign to Join their Text Club for future discounts.
