I understand rain delays etc. However, communicating delays should be done in a timely manner. Eagle Merchant touched base with us over the weekend and stated they would come out and check the ground. They did not. We have cameras. When we complained to the East Coast leisure, that recommended Eagle Merchant Inc. Eagle Merchant Inc. had us on their schedule the next day and stated that they had left a message with us already telling us that. We never showed a missed call or voice mail on our phones. However, they called us back and said because we said Eagle Merchant Inc. was not communicating with us and because the owner of Merchant Inc. supposedly has their phone with them 24hrs a day Eagle Merchant Inc. dropped us from their install schedule and to find another installer. OBTW, we had purchased the pool in June to enjoy during the summer. This company "Eagle MerchantInc. has no credibility, communicates poorly and cannot be questioned by their customers.

Alan answered right away and delivered to us in an hour on Sunday afternoon and he was super personable. He did not charge extra for mattresses and assisted us in getting rid of hazardous waste. Then he came promptly the next day to take it all away. Prices are competitive. We would not hesitate to use again and recommend to others. They only have a 15 yd size but were not sticklers about weight.

So let me tell you about my experience with Wiggins Transport…read more... I hired movers about two weeks ago (at least) who had great reviews. Over the two weeks, I tried to pinpoint a time they would be showing up to my apartment. Finally the day before (Friday) I was told between 12 and 1. Yesterday at 1240, after I messaged them, I was told the current job was a little larger than expected. I asked what time at 1 and at 130, I was told 2. Then at 3, they told me 4. Finally at 430 they showed up at my apartment. Throughout the day I was trying to text/call and was hardly getting responses. While they were moving, they weren't very nice with my items. I have some wood pieces that are chipped, couch with white marks on it and that's just the beginning of what I'm noticing. Oh and I still need to haul my TVs over because they aren't liable for any TVs they move and if something happens, it is on me.... never shared that with me. For hiring movers, I woke up bruised, scraped and sore because while they were in my presence, I was working just as much or harder as them. I paid $200 because they knocked $100 off for being late. I will never use this company and I do not recommend them for anyone in the Hampton Roads area!!
