They were patient, kind and worked quickly. When I took the results to my doctor, at Peachtree Orthopedics, he was very impressed with the report and the disc. He said it was much better quality than the MRI I brought him earlier that year from one of their competitors. In all, I was very pleased with everything including the price. Compared to a hospital and the bigger, MRI chain, they are way more affordable.

I have had a series of MRI exams, both before and after my surgery of two years ago. Of the four locations where I have had these exams, MRI & Imaging of Georgia in Roswell was the best. The location was easy to find on Hembree Road at Wills Road, near North Fulton Hospital. There was plenty of parking and the facility was bright, clean and welcoming. I was taken in for my exam almost as soon as I arrived. A large room was available for me to use to change into medical "scrubs" for the exam. The room had a locking cabinet for my wallet, watch, loose change, and other valuables. The technician operating the MRI was very accommodating and did not rush me in getting ready for the exam. The entire procedure took about 30 minutes. My primary care physician even commented to me on my next visit to him about the thoroughness of the report he received following my MRI.

The ultra sound technician, Lauren, was very knowledgeable and efficient. When asked about the results, I was told they would be "snail mailed" to me in 5-7 business days. No email or patient portal options were available! Ten days later I received a form letter stating the results were sent to my primary care physician. Women's Imaging Specialists initiated an ultrasound due to "dense breast tissue". Was this really necessary or just another way to increase revenue? This was at the Mt. Could you be nice enough to call me before I arrived? If I knew it's going to be late, I would've have my lunch before coming here. Now I had to wait close to 1 hr. Half way through the wait, the machine went down for 20 mins. It meant my wait was increase another 20 mins to 12:20pm. People come here to take MRI because they are in pain. This center has no sense of customer service and doesn't put patients needs at top priority.

She was super knowledgeable, understanding, and so helpful. We went through everything together one by one, and she helped me understand what the best course of action would be for everything I came in for. She made sure that I knew about what I would be billed for and also made sure that I wouldn't get billed anything I didn't know about. She was very personable too. We talked about other things that weren't medical related too, which was a really nice personable touch. She truly made my visit very stress-free. Sabrina was the first nurse I saw who got my vitals and everything. She also assisted with drawing blood too, as well as Morgan (my veins were being quite difficult LOL.) Both of them were great! Super friendly and nice. They weren't mean and they actually cared about my well-being. They've got a great group of people working here at this location!! Kudos to this Wellstar clinic! Yet the office asked her this prior to my scheduling this appt,. now my time was wasted and still have no required signature on my form! SO where does one even go for this.
