Brittney was able to get me in same-day which I really appreciated as I was quite anxious. I can imagine parking could get challenging depending on the time of your visit as I got the last spot on the street about a block away from the entrance. Granted I arrived at 7:30pm on a Friday so I guess it wasn't terrible considering. There is a waiver on a clipboard to fill out in the lobby for your first time and a large couch to sit on while you wait. I only waited a couple of minutes after my appointment time which was fine. The ultrasound was thorough and very informative! I was able to get some great images, a measure of the heartbeat, and a measure of the gestational age. The package I picked included a printed image and it was printed on such beautiful paper and is a great size. Her prices are great, too! She was so very sweet the entire time and made sure to explain what was on the screen which I found really reassuring. I already booked a gender scan for 14 weeks! I used a pretty large company with a location in Sandy Springs for my first pregnancy and this experience was a million times better than that. I truly will not go anywhere else. So looking forward to returning in November!

They were patient, kind and worked quickly. When I took the results to my doctor, at Peachtree Orthopedics, he was very impressed with the report and the disc. He said it was much better quality than the MRI I brought him earlier that year from one of their competitors. In all, I was very pleased with everything including the price. Compared to a hospital and the bigger, MRI chain, they are way more affordable.

I have even had evening appointments! The office staff is courteous. Radiology reports are efficient and complete. I have had many scans done here, including MRI, CT Scan with and without contrast, and ultrasound. I trust them, and their prices are less than every other imaging lab in the area. If Wellstar orders a test, I immediately call AHI to compare, and the savings at AHI have been significant. If you get orders for a test, you have choices to shop around! I have every reason to go to AHI, and will continue to in the future. (A side note about insurance. We have had Cigna for a few years, and our experience has been less than satisfying, constantly denying and rejecting claims, forcing me to look for cost savings where I can, and also forcing me to out off vital healthcare simply due to their unwillingness to cover me when I needed them. I learned it is a hard and fast rule with Cigna to reject all claims initially, and this has been the case, unless you need a basic ultrasound. The reason I found AHI years ago was because I had BCBS (Blue Cross) health insurance, and they were the ones to call me and send me here! I wish I still had Blue Cross--they always answered the phone and wanted to help me--they had the best customer service and very good coverage back then!)

This man made me feel like a total failure as a woman and did not think to communicate with me as a married woman, many things that should have been discussed and he made a predetermined decision about who I was based on the questionnaire that you're asked to fill out before you become a patient. I went to this practice because my daughter-in-law had great things to say about the practice because she used them for her prenatal care and delivery of my grand daughter. My rating and review is on the one doctor. I can't say about the rest of the practice because I won't be going back.
