This place was a total joke, I scheduled my move with the Owner Matt and they never showed up at all and never called to apologize ,I have written texts With confirmation from Matt prior to the scheduled move and that they would be at our specific location and time. We waited and waited, I called Matt twice and texted him, NO Response at all... I had to scramble to find another mover and ended up having to wait until the next day to get my move completed in the rain, Matt is totally irresponsible, un professional and if you're smart You will NEVER call this guy for anything let alone a move job.. move went ok, but they didn't use protective blankets even though they'd told us they had them and would use them. There were several things that got damaged. 2 examples: legs of antique chairs got scraped and sheared from piling things on top of each other, I think. Also a strong metal cup for my milkshake maker machine got bent. It was inside a box with protective stuff around it. It would be very hard to bend the metal, so they must have piled very heavy amount on top or really slammed stuff down on it. At the time of the move, they seemed ok, if not as professional or conscientious as I'd like, but only saw the damage later after unpacking. I wouldn't hire again. read more

Although they responded quickly to my request and were able to meet my time schedule, they did a poor job packing the truck and several of my items ended up broken or scratched. Most of the boxes were crushed where items had fallen on top of them. Would not recommend them to pack a truck for a long move. Claims they are licensed and insured, yet I've tried to reach them for over a week to file a claim on my damaged furniture and no one will respond or acknowledge my email. These guys did an AWESOME job!!!!!! we had a move to do with in a short time. First we went to them with a date that filled up and then he sent me a note back saying they had it open! Man of man! They had planned on 3 guys but 2 showed up and did the job of 5. What can I say to the guys but thank you !! They grabbed and packed everything into their truck that they could or that was even left over. Small things I didn't think they would have gotten , they got. Everything but the . Lol. But again , I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone that need a move! They went above and beyond the call of duty. I didn't mind grabbing them lunch. Nope they didn't ask but it was the least my wife and i could do. And did I say they assembled, reassembled, repair and tighten up furniture too?! Works closely with chaser movers. I paid for a full move job. They did half the job. Left my furniture in the hallway of my building apt complex for two days. Did not even finish the job. Was paid full amount for half of the job done. Now want me to pay more for them to finish the job. I would not recommend. Never use Pete from chaser movers. Also both him and Matt from here n there are very hard to get ahold of and don't answer phone calls. Absolute nightmare. read more

Here n There confirmed their arrival time both the day before and the previous week. Arrived on time, with the agreed to amount of help. Could not get all my items in on one load, my only regret but that's probably my fault for under describing the job. Respectful, unloaded in a timely manner total job took five hours. Plenty of protection blankets, a bit odd that they don't use a dolly, old fashion brute strength moving. No damage to contents or two either locations. I would recommend these guys, my move was a two bedroom flat with the basement. Tip worthy. read more

If I could give these guys zero stars, I would. I booked them & they decided not to show or even call to cancel. That left me scrambling to find another mover at the last minute. I should thank them because I found a great mover who I plan to use for all my future moves. Only use these guys if you really don't care if they show. They were over 40 minutes late, showed up, started moving, then it quickly degenerated into complaining about their allergies. To top it off, they only worked for 30 minutes and expected to get paid for the whole hour. I did pay them for an hour, but I wish I hadn't. They could see I had more stuff to move, but since they moved the 4 biggest things in 30 minutes, they decided they were done and would be collecting their hard earned money. Terrible work ethic. And terrible at hiding their disdain for clients. I would never call these jackass 20 somethings again. read more

We reached out for a quote to move a 7foot POD from Guilderland to Mechanicville in NY. Would have been an easy job. No more than 2 hours of their time. We were advised to confirm the date with them 2 days prior. We tried to confirm. Called, texted, yelped. Zero response. They were supposed to move us today and still haven't heard anything. Ended up going with Tom's Moving & Stuff. Quick responses and they confirmed within a couple hours for the date. This place need to work on their communication and commitments. read more

They said they would move me but never followed up and stopped replying after they confirmed they would do it. They quoted a rate that was a fraction of the other companies I called. I left messages all weekend for them with no answer. Luckily, I found another more reputable company in a panicked scramble at the end of the month. I found out today Here n There did this to someone else today. The other moving company said they got a similar call to mine and wanted to know if the same company did it to someone else and I confirmed it was Here n There. Moving companies are supposed to be licensed and these guys aren't. Save yourself the hassle and stress and pay a better company more money to do the job right! read more

I just want to say that my experience with Here N There Moving was excellent! The owner was very professional and made sure all our needs were met. I am 6 1/2 months pregnant, so I can't do much lifting, which is why I needed to hire. They were extremely timely, and efficient, reasonably priced, and worked hard to make sure everything was where I needed it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
