I brought in my kid's clarinet for a simple repair and was told it would be sent to Anaheim with an estimate in about a week. Weeks went by with no updates, and every time I called, the staff kept blaming internal delays and paperwork issues. It took nearly four weeks for the instrument to finally return--and it still wasn't repaired. Communication was disorganized at every step, and no one seemed to take responsibility. To make matters worse, I was charged another rental fee even though I had returned the instrument about a week before the four-week due date. When I raised the issue, the store manager told me to call customer service myself, and it turned out their system never properly processed my return. This was a complete waste of time, with poor communication, constant delays, and billing problems that the store should have handled. If you need a reliable instrument repair or rental, avoid this location.

I called costumer service, I sent my return receipt which has all the details of my return. I was told they can't locate the item. It looks like the rental was lost or misplaced by employees. I don't know what happened to the item after it was returned but I have my proof of my return and it's still not enough. I should not be liable for whatever happened to the rental after it was returned. I file a claim with my bank (pending). Now I am being told I can be sent to collections if the issue is not solved. But what is the issue? And how can I solve it? It looks like a returned receipt with all the details is not enough.

My very inpatient son after a week in a half asked me to call and get an update. I did but they didn't have an update. A little over 2 weeks I called a they say instrument will be in on Friday. I call they say not ready they will me it went on like that for what felt like for ever.

Previously, she had only had experience with Baritone and was unfamiliar with reed instruments. Finding a knowledgeable instructor was a challenge. Thankfully, she found a fantastic instructor. Her instructor, Lucas, has been patient and supportive with her. He has been focusing on the important skills and note techniques that will be needed. Most importantly, my daughter loves going to class and plans to continue to developing her skills with private lessons along with what is provided in the classroom. Lucas is formally trained and has a degree in music. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a top notch music instructor who has experience with a multitude of instruments and has a fun positive attitude. So far, I am very impressed with how professional they are and how much my kids have enjoyed their lessons. The instructors are very patient and kind. This place is clean and pricing is reasonable. Some other places I was looking at had a much darker atmosphere in terms that they seemed to be geared to older children who liked a gothic style. I was uncomfortable with my young children being in that kind of environment. This place is bright and feels very safe. I am very happy I found Music & Arts!

My girl, bless her introverted heart, dipped her toes into viola in middle school in 2021. By the spring of 2022, she wanted to level up her skills, but finding the right teacher was a saga. None of the recommendations from her school panned out, until fate stepped in when I spotted a sign for in-home music lessons, and the rest is history. Two years on, and I couldn't be happier with Mr. Goran's impact. Sure, my daughter's still a bit shy on stage, but behind the scenes, her progress is something to behold. She's heading to high school soon and even talking about auditions for the advanced orchestra - all thanks to Mr. Goran's attention and encouragement. I enjoy listening to her practice and as someone who doesn't read music or play any instruments, I am glad to have Mr. Goran visit every week and amazed at her transformation. What's great about Mr. Goran is his friendly demeanor and stellar communication.
