They offer full packages that include exterior drone as well as interior and exterior photography. All of the photos were great. Unfortunately due to the weather and the nature of my listings I actually needed a reshoot. They were more than happy to accommodate at a reasonable rate. Then I realized they did portrait and brand photography as well! They offer both outdoor and indoor options and their studio setup is amazing! Located in creative village (so apropos), RTW has a guarded camera door so while in session you don't have to worry about the next customer walking into your session. I was thrilled that I was able to knock out both my families holiday photos and beginning of the year social photography all in one day. With my business still in its infant stages I don't have much time to put into Digital marketing especially during the holidays. E ended up wrapping up under an hour and a half. They offer a variety of other selections as well! I personally have had the opportunity to partake in a few events and have first hand experience with their several unique options of photo booths! I was immediately impressed with how they commanded the entire pre-wedding photo-shoot in such a goofy-fun, yet professional and artistic way. They can get the best shots out of anyone, and using their experience, the unedited photos they showed during his reception looked better than the final products of anyone else we had seen in our interviewing process. Unfortunately, at that time we had already signed with a different photographer in TX. After a few months of continuously looking at his lack of portfolio updates, and Sara and Jason's constantly updating amazing portfolio, we knew we had to make the switch. They worked with us to craft a package for our needs, and in the end, the extra bit of money for their level of quality made all the difference. After hearing horror stories from other couples about their photographers, we learned that photography is one thing you cannot skimp on as your photos will be your primary memories in the years to come. Sara and Jason even took us around downtown for a day after shoot that had some truly amazing, spontaneous shots come out of it. Trust us; check out their portfolio, read their blog, and then run to a phone and book them immediately. Their calendar fills up like crazy, and rightfully so. As a bride, there are a few photos that you want/need to turn out a certain way and every single one turned out just as I had envisioned, if not better. Seer was also great to work with before, during, and after the wedding. He was quick to respond, and addressed all of my questions. As for the day of, Seer and his associate arrived early. They were professional and a delight to work with. They made us comfortable with being photographed after the ceremony. During the ceremony and reception, the photographers sort of melted in with the surroundings which enable them to take some great candid shots. Lastly, the pricing for our wedding photography was beyond fair and affordable.

When it comes to photography, it is all creating relationships with people and understanding what…read morethe customer wants. Unfortunately, Seer lacked at that skill. When Seer came to the home on Thanksgiving (which is quite nice given the Holiday) to do a shoot for our family, since it is the only time of year when the entire group is together, we had prepared a shot list for him since we knew, for the most part, what we were looking to get out of this. He strictly followed the list, which met our expectations. Seer raved about how the background was awesome even though we had suggested possibly going outside. In his rebuttal to several family members, he then complains about the space. Ironically, he was asked wel before the shoot if he wanted to come view the space and he declined. At the end of the night we received our photos (not within an hour as he claims) and to our surprise, they were quite unusable. The setting on the camera he was on was clearly wrong because of the washed out faces and lack of color in everyone's skin. Not to mention the many shadows on faces caused by the backlighting he had and the distortion that was caused by his "wide angle lens." We also received a grand total of 30 photos for a group of 20 people, as we were anticipating many more to choose from. We reached out to Seer to express our concerns to which we received a response asking us to email him and that he found our texts "borderline insulting." An email was sent to which we received no response. Later we came across his personal Facebook where he was on there complaining about our group and how we "had the audacity to complain about the photos" and that "He knows his work was quality. Well over the quality they apparently deserve." This Facebook post was later deleted, but a screen shot of it can be found attached to this review. Another follow up email was sent to him after he responded to another family member's Google review, where he clearly admit, "The 'distortion' you speak of is because of the above mentioned wide angle that had to be used and even then it is very slight." Multiple members of the family were unsatisfied with the work, including myself, and even more frustrated by Seer's lack of concern about our concerns. This is poor customer service and a down right lack of professionalism. In fact, on more Facebook posts, Seer agrees that "the customer is always wrong." Screen shots are also attached. Is this someone you would want to work with? Lastly, I also find it quite amusing that the number of reviews on his Google profile jumped from 10 (11/25/17 9a) to 27 (11/25/17 10:30p) and that they had no comments. Reggie himself was very professional in communications. I had venue issues and needed to change the…read moredate we had booked and he was very flexible. I paid just under $800 for 3.5 hours. Our contract was not specific in how many edits I was allowed to ask for, and who my photographer would be (so I had assumed it was Reggie because he said he would be there). My contract stated: "ideas. The client agrees to assist in organizing participants in poses and otherwise facilitating the photographer's job, as well as, the contractors will do this job as well. No vendors will be in the way or cause any problems for the photography. Close-ups mainly will be captured and some but not too many wide shots. For photography candid, memorable, and personal moments will be captured. As well as any comedy and or all magic, special and fun moments of kissing and more will be captured by the contractors period. Without this cooperation, the contractors will not guarantee that the desired product can be provided. Photo will be shot for a total of 4 hours. One Photographer will provided. All photos will be edited and given back. We will take over 380 photos and more than 380 will be given back." Lo and behold, my photographer was an apprentice, which needed to be communicated to me and was not. I would not have booked had I known my photographer was inexperienced. My photographer did not wear proper shoes for the beach wedding and had to take them off. She left them in the aisle and they were in the way when the party was walking down the aisle. So, some of the shots have her boots in the pictures. She gave no direction for poses. I tried my best to ask what looked better and she gave little feedback. Of the 790 photos, only 192 were decent. Reggie did come to the wedding as well as the photographer. He did not seem to be doing anything other than watching her take photos. My guests heard her multiple times stating: "I keep forgetting to straighten my head and camera", and "I can't seem to get the settings right". Which is very concerning. She also spent most of the ceremony sitting down taking pictures, so the angles were not great. Most of the photos (even the 192 that were decent) were very unfocused and grainy, and the people had been edited very orange, or hair and lips extremely darkened, and smoothed out. I emailed Reggie with my concerns about the comments and behavior of the photographer and I asked that the photos with my above description be edited again. Reggie sent me the photos back in a timely manner, but his email response when he sent them back were very unprofessional. Here is the email below: "So hopefully this is the last message about you receiving the new pictures. I have added and redone even more pictures since yesterday. I have redone at least about 12-20 because I didn't like how they looked. I am going to relax, I have given you close to a thousand pictures. I am exhausted. But I loved working on your pictures for you. It was a pleasure and great joy. I loved it. I went through a lot. I hope I hit some or most of what you wanted done. There is a lot less orange. I might have missed some pictures or not made them just less orange. But hundreds from the reception and outdoors have been made not orange and much better. Or they just look better. I will say I believe you will find over 500 or more beautiful pictures. I believe you will like the pictures now. If there are ones I could have done better, I am sorry. Some I tried to kill the blurriness or make it bright enough or a lot just beautiful period. Some I could not fix. You now have hundreds of beautiful pictures. You will be super happy I believe. You will be happy. Thank you for letting RBL Jr LIve Events capture your wedding. I will send you the link in this email. The link will be below." I now have to send these photos to someone else to edit. Reggie contradicts himself multiple times in this email and grammatically/professionally it is not okay. If I was not allowed any edits, it should have been in my contract, or the amount of edits I was allowed to have should have been included. I should not have been sent any bad photos. I would have much rather gotten 200 really great photos with good edits, rather than 792 bad/mediocre pictures that I had to sort through to end up sending to someone else. I really wish this would have let me include the pictures because my description really does not do it justice. I would not recommend booking with this company if the photos are super important to you.

We live in Houston now, but when we got engaged last December, we immediately thought it would be romantic to have our engagement photos taken in Florida where we first met. We hired Rachel to do the job and could not be more pleased with the results! Our photoshoot with Rachel at Disney's Boardwalk captured the essence of both our past and our present perfectly. The images she took provide a feel for what it was like when my fiancé and I first met, while dually illustrating our love in the present. You can look at the images and see an element of who we are as a couple even if you have never met us. We could not be more pleased with the results, and feel that we have purchased a romantic piece of history to share with future generations.
