I tried paying for the rental with my pay card from work but was unable to do so &I didn't have any credit cards with me . Thankfully my friend had his and was able to use it. The van itself was clean and had no damage when we picked it up and none when we returned it . There was no funky smells in the van and we had no issues with how it performed on the road . I am definitely grateful that this location worked for us and that everything went smoothly. On a side note my friend did find a snow globe for his wife which he purchased while we were there. I'd like to go back a better look at what they have when I have time . From the brief look around I had it looked like there were lots of treasures .

Sam and the other vendors always make sure the place is bright, engaging, and fun. They are very intentional about making cool and eye catching displays to enjoy as you shop. They have weird garage sale type finds (I impulse bought a velvet cat painting), midcentury modern furniture in great shape, vintage threads, designer brands like Louis Vuitton. They have books, other artwork, knickknacks and tchotchkes, anything you can imagine. And prices are still great!

The owner was a man of few words and wasn't hovering over us so that was nice as I like to browse without interruption. The pieces we saw ranged from things your aunt Edna would own to items suitable for museums or "fancy" places. Besides furniture and other housewares, there were some cool bits of Kentucky ephemera like a poster for an Elvis concert that would have taken place in Kentucky had he not died. So, I raced over Sunday morning and found the photo and then found myself browsing what turned out to be a great antique store for the first time. Get in there if you haven't been! They have everything from childhood photos of my brother to an English Springer Spaniel art serving tray, to two vintage novelty neckties (Christmas theme and New York City theme). There was a lot to see but thing really that I was personally looking for which was vintage glass, Harley tees, vintage race/nascar tee and old teacups. It's super hot upstairs making that whole part pretty unpleasant and it was only in the mid 70s temperature wise when I went. In my opinion, this is shippable if you only have a short time in town.
