The gate has no box and no plan to be repaired. The side gate by the office is always open. The back gate does work as advertised. Freezer minimally useable: If you do decide to live here be sure to make sure (in writing) they will give you a top and bottom refrigerator not a side by side. Our unit (I think a B1) has a design flaw that only allows the freezer to be opened four inches. That combined with the ice maker placement results in my freezer being all but unusable. Management can't be bothered with this. Pros: Newer construction. Neutral colors. Megan in the office was super helpful when we came to look at the property.

Since my rent was already paid early I asked her if I needed to come to the office she said no I need your tag model and make so your car will not be towed. Asked if I would please wait a couple days for the residence to be clearly out of the apartment before you park there I said OK. I have been parking there for six weeks and a new nosy resident notices my car gone for a week when I was in training for a job out of town and they rented her my spot. I have been waiting five days for a resolution and today after calling again, I am told that I was supposed to come to the office to get a tag which I was never told and to make sure it was added the online rent portal.. Why would I park in that spot and risk my car being towed for six weeks and then lied too that it would be towed if it was not registered. That was an outright lie no towing and definitely not told to pick up a tag. I am longest lease holder in my entire building and have been through a lot of management changes and witnessed reasons of other people leaving the breakers apartments for many reasons. The only improvement is the maintenance staff.

They know it costs money to just "up and move" maintenance and management team are despicable. Managers are nice and will work with you with whatever your needs are. Maintenance is super fast and reliable. We did have some recurring issues with our door but each time they came out super fast and fixed it right away! They also do extra extermination at your request, because let's face it we live and Texas and we have bugs. I moved here because it was pet friendly, spacious, safe and quiet. Never had an issue with safety. Gated community makes it feel secluded. Conveniently by 146 so it makes an easy commute. Plus HEB is down the street and who can complain about that?

I was so hopeful about this place when I moved in 9 months ago. They were "in transition," changes…read morein ownership and management companies. I was still hopeful and upbeat while I saw resident after resident move out. I've given up. I've got roaches, and now mice. I've confirmed 3 other cases of mice just in my building in the last two weeks. Yes an exterminator has come, 3 weeks in a row now. Saw the mouse again a couple days after the exterminator's last visit. I came home from a two day trip to find trash strewn everywhere on the walk up to my apt. They don't always pick it up when they're supposed to, even though we're required to pay for it, like we're required to pay for pest control, although there was none for two months straight in the summer. And one of the biggest problems--the pool has not been operational or open for ALMOST A YEAR!!! I asked a resident who has been here for two years about the pool. He said in his two years, he's only seen it open 3 times. And -he's had problems with mice going back to his early time here. Oh, and yeah, the office may or may not be open during the "regular office hours" 9-5, M-F. Three times in the last month there has been a sign on the door "closed due to (family emergency, illness, whatever)." They often leave by 4 instead of 5. There is one manager who manages 2 other properties in T. C. so she may or may not be there, and one leasing agent who has a newborn, so you know she's going to be out from time to time. I hope I can add pictures of the trash and trash bins. There has been old mattresses and furniture by the big bins going on 3 weeks now. If none of this bothers you, come on out--they've got lots of vacancies. I almost forgot to add--I've been bitten by a pit bull, and then knocked down by the same dog a few weeks later. I was told those dogs have also bothered the maintenance guys, who leave as soon as you get to know them. I suspect the same dog killed my cat, but can't confirm. That resident and the pit bulls are still here, so take that into consideration if you're thinking of moving here. The reason people stay here, I suspect, and some people have said, is because they leave you alone. They don't seem to fuss at you if you have a trashy place, or if you have violent dogs, or if the cops come to visit on a regular basis, only if you don't pay your rent (I suspect--I pay mine on time so I don't know.) It's also one of the reasons I gave this place two stars, instead of one or none. It's the first apartment complex I've lived in that lets me put my plants out around my apartment or put mulch out around the landscaping. The residents near me assure me they don't mind, that they like the attention to the landscaping and my nice plants, that I'm happy to share.

These apts. seem really well built. And again, if you have any questions the office is so friendly and help with whatever you need. We definitely reccomend living here.
