The gate has no box and no plan to be repaired. The side gate by the office is always open. The back gate does work as advertised. Freezer minimally useable: If you do decide to live here be sure to make sure (in writing) they will give you a top and bottom refrigerator not a side by side. Our unit (I think a B1) has a design flaw that only allows the freezer to be opened four inches. That combined with the ice maker placement results in my freezer being all but unusable. Management can't be bothered with this. Pros: Newer construction. Neutral colors. Megan in the office was super helpful when we came to look at the property.

She did not make me feel rushed during the tour but instead walked beside me, and instead of jumping on a golf cart to tour the property, we walked to the unit. That was different because most communities will have you sit on a golf cart and speed fast through the community. Stormie is my favorite leasing agent out of all the properties that I visited in League City. She has such a beautiful personality. I could speak with her for hours on end. She was non-judgemental and answered all of my questions with ease. She made me feel very comfortable. The Cortland community of League City is well-maintained, but I just wished that they had more open garages. An added bonus is knowing that they don't have white appliances, but instead SS appliances. The floor plans are spacious and the units don't look like a "cookie-cutter" generic apartment, but more like a home. They don't have a lot of availability like most other properties, but that's because the tenured residents love it here for a reason. Stormie reminded me of my favorite leasing agent in Houston which was Ms. Maria Calderon from Valencia Place apts. I wish more leasing agents nationwide could adapt to Stormie's work ethic. My apartment has visible mold, confirmed by their own inspector, yet management refuses to relocate me or provide a safe living environment . I have become extremely sick -- constant headaches, breathing issues, fatigue -- and I've lost work because of it. Instead of helping, they've dragged out the process, ignored my urgent emails, and even told me to complete a move-out cleaning checklist in a mold-infested apartment. I have nowhere to go, and my health is getting worse every day. This is not how you treat human beings. Future renters, please be aware -- once you sign a lease here, if there's a serious health hazard, you may be left on your own to suffer.

Apparently we would've needed a credit score of 650 to be approved, yet there was absolutely no mention of this when we applied. How can a company take your money and give high approval odds if it was based off of credit the entire time? Can't believe we waited two weeks to be told no, and I can't believe I had to go up there and get the info out of them. Very suspicious behavior.
