If I could give 0 stars I would. We're only 3 months into our lease and it has been a terrible experience living here. I can put up with a lot (the bad paint job, the poor upkeep of the buildings, etc...) The one thing that I cannot stand and shouldn't have to is BUGS. It seems like this is a common issue on the property and yet their management does absolutely nothing about it. What's the point of paying for pest control every month if the pests are not being controlled? When we originally saw the roaches (on the third floor keep in mind), they had someone come and spray our apartment but they were back within 2 weeks. Already looking at places to move to which is unfortunate because we were excited about our first apartment. Keep in mind that having this infestation is a HEALTH HAZARD. Also, originally moving into this place was a complete nightmare. The apartment smelled horrible, washer and dryer broke the first day. The "cleaning job" that they did was next to NOTHING. The fridge didn't work originally, vents were missing from the microwave. INSANE. Also, the grills are not maintained well. Never cleaned and no propane tanks. The hot tubs are always cold, and no one picks up their dog poop. Can't wait to move out.

Terrible they have cockroach infestations, the ac unit drips and when you put in a work order they come and suck The water up and do no fix the issue. The charge in accurate fees, improper service of notices and we have a right to live cockroach and mold infestation free! We need to band together and make them accountable for their actions as landlord!

    Monthly additional fees

This is actually a decent looking apartment complex. I stayed here for a year in 2024 and I'll give you the pros and cons and the meaning of the 1-star review. cons: 1. The apartments are roach infested, i had pest control come and spray multiple times and it didn't help. I finally noticed that they were coming in from holes in the walls of the kitchen and bathroom so i assume they move between apartment units, that's why it stayed roach infested for my entire lease. 2. Fees. (attached screenshot) They won't tell you this before you sign your lease, but they actually charge around $200 monthly fees that is added onto your rent. So, it may look like they're competitively priced for the area but it's not the case (ex: My base rent was $1,150 but I was paying $1,350 every month). 3. They steal your deposit of $500. I'll attach a screenshot of this, but buried in the lease agreement is a $300 charge for re-painting the unit and a $200 fee for vinyl (not sure what that is but it's mandatory). So your guaranteed to NOT get your deposit back. pros 1. None : )

    Mold

These are, without a doubt, the worst apartments we've ever lived in. The office is impossible to reach, and the staff is rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. The complex is packed with families and loud children, making it nearly impossible to get any peace and quiet. We had mold in the laundry room, and despite reaching out, the staff was slow to take any action. On top of that, my car was broken into twice, and the "security" team was nowhere to be found--if they even exist. The whole complex feels sketchy and is constantly dirty. Also, read your lease carefully. If you stay for 1-12 months, they automatically charge you a $250 "complete paint" fee when you move out, even if there's no need for it. It's a complete scam. Seems like they recently went under new management and Stacey and 1 male staff seemed to be the only decent people working there. 10/10 would not recommend. Honestly, you'd probably have a better experience at the Budget Suites next door.

    Totaled car

The management at this apartment complex is horrible. If something happens at your apartment, there is a very small chance it will get fixed or that you will be met with any type of empathy or willingness to accommodate. My fiance has lived in this complex for about 2 years. 1 year in (right before he renewed his lease, expecting the issue would be fixed quickly), the AC unit in his apartment started leaking water from the ceiling. He reported the issue multiple times to facilities, and they would come & "fix" it, but the problem would continue. When he reported that the problem was still prevalent, they would simply tell him that they would schedule an outside vendor to come and fix it. He is a year into this issue now, and there have been no outside vendors that have come out to his complex to fix it. Over the span of the year that this has been a problem, he has made about 20 formal maintenance requests, 10 in office visits, and dozens of phone calls. He has put up with water dripping from his ceiling into a trash can he put under the drip for a year now with no follow up. At one point, my fiance went in to request a discounted monthly payment or any other ways in which they could accommodate him, and he was told that his lease agreement says they only are required to "try and fix the issue", so they are in the clear. This is very unprofessional and does not promote comfortable living which is the responsibility of the management. On top of this, this area is not the safest to be residing. His Amazon packages have been stolen from his front door. And for a greater example, one night while parked in his assigned, covered parking spot, his car was crashed into and totaled in a hit and run scenario. The crash caused his car to be pushed into another visitor parking spot, and basically all he was told by apartment staff was that there are no cameras on property and to get his car out of that empty visitor spot as soon as possible. He had to purchase a brand new car and received no compensation or financial assistance. If you want to live in a complex that feels safe and comfortable, look elsewhere.

Behind fridge. Dead roaches and gecko.

Since the new management took over, this place has gone downhill fast. They increased amenities and trash fees while amenities were closed and trash pickup was inconsistent. They also misrepresented our lease terms and told us a deposit premium would drop off after we renewed our lease. Later they said we would be paying it indefinitely. On top of that, they started charging me $20 a month for renters insurance even though I already had coverage, with no communication about needing to resend documentation. Utility charges for shared amenities have also somehow doubled since new management took over. Parking is poorly managed, gates constantly malfunction, and residents have even been towed from spots they pay for monthly with no accountability. The maintenance team is great, but the front office staff is disorganized and rarely resolves problems. The most concerning issue happened when my husband broke his foot in March of 2025. The elevator in Building B repeatedly broke, forcing him to use crutches down three flights of stairs to get to doctor appointments. For a luxury apartment charging over $2,000 a month, having a working elevator should not be optional. Management also made excuses for themselves and were told they were only then made aware that elevators need routine maintenance and not just maintenance when it broke. We were also displaced for over a week after an upstairs neighbor flooded their apartment and had to fight management just to be reimbursed for the hotel. When we returned, our unit was dirty and damaged, even though we left it spotless. (pictures included) Between the constant fees, poor communication, cleanliness issues, and declining management, this place is not the luxury community it advertises itself to be. It feels more like a money grab. Don't just take my word for it. Look at the reviews from the last few years and you will see the same pattern. I hope management actually addresses these issues instead of continuing to ignore residents' concerns

I also called the office to communicate my situation and received no flexibility or understanding. As a result, I wasted an entire day, fuel expenses, parking fees, and valuable time. I emailed management immediately afterward requesting a call, but never received a response. Unfortunately, this experience reflected a lack of professionalism and customer service. I had read some of the negative reviews before visiting and initially gave the property the benefit of the doubt. After my experience, I understand why those reviews exist. Based on how I was treated, I would not recommend this property to friends or family.
