A late payment was reported that was not a true missed payment, but a small carryover after my spouse tried to set up bi-weekly payments. This account has been active for 3 years without any issues, and this is the only blemish on the record. All payments since have been made in full and on time. When my spouse called to clarify, the Loan Manager hung up on her. We then emailed several times, but those messages were ignored after we asked for documentation of Azura's own records. Finally, we wrote to the CEO and Board of Directors, only to receive a form denial. What troubles me most is that Azura promotes values like integrity, accountability, and commitment to members, but our experience did not reflect those values at all. Instead of fairness and open communication, we were met with dismissive treatment and silence. If you are considering Azura, be aware that while they speak about member service, our experience showed the opposite. We expected professionalism and accountability, and unfortunately, did not see either.
