The parking lot Pot Holes are miserable & I'm looking into calling code enforcement. The plot twist is that the "parking enforcement" called the towing company who ran the tag and confirmed it was in fact NOT expired, but up to date. Towed the car anyways. We contacted the towing company, who told us that the office would just need to call them and tell them it's OK to release the car to us without paying fees... we went to the office and the lady who runs the office wouldn't even come out and speak to us. So now we are getting stuck with an almost $300 towing bill for literally nothing. You cannot convince me this is not a scam and you cannot convince me that these people are not getting kickbacks from the towing company! Just a bunch of greedy scammers.

She is disrespectful, rude, and has a bad attitude toward both me and other residents. Because of her negligence and lack of professionalism, several residents have not been able to find their belongings. Most of the time, she is sitting on her chair talking on the phone instead of doing her job. When we ask her any question, she raises her voice and tries to start arguments.
