I had artificial turf installed at my house last year (Oct 2025). None of the installers who did…read morethe work spoke English, except for the foreman. That maybe a minor issue, but when you have a question, you always have to find the foreman or owner who both were not always available. After the installation, there were issues already obvious. The artificial turf showed obvious ripples, which I was told will go away when the artificial turf was brushed. Most of. the ripples went away after the turf was brushed in April 2025. After the artificial turf was brushed, the worker found the seams became real obvious and said had to be repaired. That was fixed by adding nails around the seams. After the nails were added, the seams still look obvious and the new nails became very visible and had be covered by green sand. That was another repair appointment I had to make. As the weather started getting warmer, the border for the artificial turf started warping. I'm still trying to get an appointment for that repair which I had been unsuccessful so far. Scheduling an appointment for follow-on repair or service has been a real challenge and frustrating. We had a lot of delays or no shows (with no notice). Lastly, the artificial turf and bordering were of poor quality. The artificial turf didn't settle firmly after it was installed. The bordering deteriorated in less than a year.

Also when they got done with the job they did not tape the driveway off And I just happened to have a delivery 2 hours after they left and because it wasn't taped off they drove down on it, putting tire marks on it and walked up to the door leaving footprints permanently into my concrete and then he blamed the! ​So now we are having to spend our money to fix it ourselves and do the work. And we will forever have permanent tire marks and footprints in our brand new concrete!! ​So I would not recommend RT concrete for any work that you need done. That's just my personal experience with them.
