Cigarette smoking will take place at the entry and exit of the garage entrances so have your windows rolled up always! Smokers are friendly but it constantly reeks of cigarette smoke. Hallways always smells like weed. Residents smoke along the property sidewalks and grass as well. -Balcony compliance is not followed here. People have anything and everything on their balconies. It's a bit tacky. I've lived at other properties where it was beautifully maintained, this one is very different. People routinely dump water off higher balconies which lower ones feel the effects. -Others cannot respect personal property in the garage. Whether it's drawing on a dirty car or taking something sharp to scrape off stickers on your car. there have been several instances where people had their car broken into, motorcycle stolen, and I had a sticker scraped off my back window. There are no internal garage cameras. There are allegedly cameras at the front entrance but I am unsure if they work. -There are several steps throughout the property making it not so ADA or dog friendly. the back area, front area, and pool gates are the only areas with ramps or flat. It's really not for those who cannot do stairs. Only 2 elevators that are not that big. -Lots if sketchy people at RTD station next door. There are constantly Douglas County Sheriff being called for suspicious people, breaking, or rowdy kids. BEWARE. We were walking her dog on Night two after moving in and a deputy asked if we saw someone with a knife.....ugh. -Dirty trash areas! Grosssss. Where it's the recycle areas or trash cutes, it's always littered with trash and cigarette butts. It's horrible, especially in the middle of a pandemic. It's horrible adults cannot clean up after them selves and it's definitely not the responsibility of the apartment complex but they do nothing about it. They continue to let residents carry-on. -Staff is very polite....but passive. You can tell they do nothing to hold people accountable. Seems like they just go through the day to day motions. They don't seem to care about making your living experience great, they cared about getting our money. We eeee truly disappointed with our experience here. We are living out of a hotel because of this property. There are several others moving out this week too as they were not happy as well.

We gave…read moreour notice on March 1st, understanding the need for a 60 day notice we knew we were going to pay rent for 60 days (all of March and all of April) plus a 1 month rent cancellation fee. Even though we agreed to the terms, Camden decided to charge us all of May rent as well since they did not find a tenant on time. Keep in mind we paid for 60 days of rent, essentially providing a 60 day notice. Giving them 2 months to find a tenant. When talking to management, they are mentioning we are rent responsible until the apartment is rented, meaning if it doesn't rent until July, we would pay until then. Management is stubborn and did not provide any sort of documentation.

Not so with Jake and Carlos. They answered all my questions and really treated me respectfully. Unfortunately, the floor plan I wanted wasn't available when I needed to move, and I found one a little more to my liking. But I would have enjoyed living at Zenith Meridian. The landscaping is beautiful, and it's close to the rail station. Not only that, there's a Starbucks and liquor store in walking distance! They smile they say hello they don't have attitude .l.my intentions when I got this apartment 2 1/2 years ago was to stay here till the end of my life but because of the way I was treated. The neighbors quickly made me feel at home, and the sense of community is incredible--with regular pool gatherings, holiday events, and people who genuinely look out for one another. I've absolutely love living at AMLI at RidgeGate! These apartments truly live up to the "luxury" label--modern, clean, and extremely well maintained. The property is beautiful, and the community here is top-notch. A huge shoutout to Jordan, the community manager--he's always friendly, caring, and incredibly professional. You can tell he genuinely cares about the residents. What really makes this place feel like home is the sense of community. The neighbors are great--we look out for each other, and there's always something happening, whether it's pool gatherings or holiday events. Special thanks to the maintenance team--they are responsive, professional, and go above and beyond every time. On the rare occasions when a repair caused inconvenience, I was even offered accommodations elsewhere. That kind of service is rare and greatly appreciated. My one suggestion for improvement, would be tightening up building security--especially within the parking garage. I was the victim of a motorcycle theft last summer. A few neighbors have shared with me that they have also experienced theft. I'm told it's due to the fact the building backs up to the RTD. A couple of times I left my key fob in my unit, locking myself out of the building. But I always found an open door as a result of the key fob system, for that particular door being inactive. Still, the neighborhood feels very safe, and the pros far outweigh that one concern. All in all, I'm very happy here--and just renewed my lease! The rudest man confronted me when I asked what was going on in there for days and how many more hours should I expect this. He was rude and disrespectful and frankly I headed right to the managers office to explain my frustration. Just met with excuses. The gates to secure our parking facility has not "worked" in at least a month. No information has been given to the residents, yet we are paying for a locked and secure complex??? The condition of the pool and hot tub is abhorrent. Either broken or so covered in calcium/lime that it has sent friends of mine considering renting here, running as fast as they could. I have a list of concerns/repairs ready to turn in but worry that they won't be addressed. I rent one of the largest and most expensive units in the facility only since May '26. I moved here from Arizona with best of intentions but have become terribly disappointed. If I pay for a secure apartment then the gates should ALWAYS WORK!!! I never have to use my fob or app for the gates to open because they are ALWAYS OPEN!!! So how safe is this place?? I'm very disappointed with Amli Ridgegate right now. So no, don't rent here.

Best complex in South Denver…read more Before selecting and moving in at Contour 39, I visited nearly 15 other properties in/around the area and I can save you all of that time and effort - Move to Contour 39. Low density, GREAT floor plans (most with attached garages), AWESOME pool, garden areas to raise your own plants and you can't beat the location - has a true neighborhood feel. But most of all, the game changer is the staff. Several recent, front office personnel changes, REALLY have Contour 39 hitting on ALL cylinders. Kay Cutshaw and Deanna Roeper are the best and most experienced I've run across in the industry. They are genuine in their care and oversight of all residents and their attention to detail is matched by few - dependable. The other HUGE factor and difference here at Contour 39 is the Maintenance Team. Adam Wright has his team on point when it comes to addressing maintenance requests/items. Whether it's a chirping smoke detector, hot water heater issues or a problem with AC, they leave no stone unturned and make sure to resolve all tickets EVERY DAY! I was told by the management, who apparently saw my garage left open yesterday whole day - that its not their job to inform the residents regarding the garage is open or not. Due to the door malfunction and unwanted negligence someone stole my suitcase and I lost stuff worth a lot. My garage is in a different building and I am working from my apartment and never knew that garage was open. Someone who is sensible witnessing such thing should be courteous to inform the tenants rather than remind me that its not their job. We live here to feel safe and not to be robbed. Also, they don't have any cameras protecting us or these buildings. I spoke to the person in the office and was told they don't have cameras outside. I have filed a police complaint and also I am just speechless with this awful incident.
