Before selecting and moving in at Contour 39, I visited nearly 15 other properties in/around the area and I can save you all of that time and effort - Move to Contour 39. Low density, GREAT floor plans (most with attached garages), AWESOME pool, garden areas to raise your own plants and you can't beat the location - has a true neighborhood feel. But most of all, the game changer is the staff. Several recent, front office personnel changes, REALLY have Contour 39 hitting on ALL cylinders. Kay Cutshaw and Deanna Roeper are the best and most experienced I've run across in the industry. They are genuine in their care and oversight of all residents and their attention to detail is matched by few - dependable. The other HUGE factor and difference here at Contour 39 is the Maintenance Team. Adam Wright has his team on point when it comes to addressing maintenance requests/items. Whether it's a chirping smoke detector, hot water heater issues or a problem with AC, they leave no stone unturned and make sure to resolve all tickets EVERY DAY! What other property does that? ... just one less thing you have to worry about. I can't imagine living at any other property - HIGHLY recommended. read more

I've only lived at Contour 39 for about a month, but from my very first visit it was clear how much the staff truly cares about the community and the residents. The atmosphere feels like a real neighborhood rather than just another rental community, which immediately made me feel comfortable choosing to live here. One of the first things I noticed was how the office staff knew many of the residents by name and greeted them warmly, almost like family. Kaye and Deanna in the leasing office are wonderful and truly set the tone for the community. Their friendliness and genuine care for residents really stood out to me from day one and made the entire experience feel welcoming and personal. The maintenance team has also been exceptional. They are incredibly efficient, responsive, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to help residents. I lived at Contour 39 for over a year, and it was a wonderful experience. Can't really think of any cons as everything was well above my expectations: it's located in the heart of Lone tree right across the street from many restaurants, salons, stores, etc. 5 mins drive from Park Meadows mall and I-25. The entire staff was beyond amazing: taking care of any issues right away, friendly and super helpful. Covered separate garage as well as parking spots right next to your apartment. All the amenities are excellent: (pool, gym, coffee and tea station, they even have a gift wrapping station during the holidays to name a few. There are so many horror stories about apartment complexes that look decent from the outside but it's a different story when you move in so I definitely recommend Contour 39 to anyone who is looking for a place in this area! read more

We've lived at Contour 39 for a few years, and it's been absolutely fantastic! Our home was lovely, the grounds are well kept, and the management and maintenance teams are top notch. The amenities overall have been awesome, and being adjacent to a nice public park is just icing on the cake. For any folks like us originally from parts of the country without snow, one seemingly small design detail that is worth noting is the attached garage. Being able to stay out of the snow/ice when loading/unloading the car is just the best! I'm sad that we'll be moving away from CO, as this has been one of our favorite places to live. I lived here for a year and moved over to the Springs for lower rental rates. The apartment was one of the most quiet ones I have ever lived in :) Maintenance was top notch - super helpful and pretty quick! They cleared the snow pretty good from the parking lot during my stay as well. Having the garage and only one flight of stairs to climb to be on the top floor was pretty awesome. My employment was much more enjoyable up there, so I am actually considering a move back to Contour 39 again! I liked the idea of the additional rental space they have for guest too. read more

I am about to make a year of living here, and honestly they have one of the best teams I've ever experienced as a tenant. Every single time I have a work order the maintenance team quickly resolved the issue and everyone is so pleasant and kind. They really go above and beyond to make sure the work is done well and they leave everything clean and tidy. Additionally, whenever I walk into the office the team is smiling and eager to be of service. Even on hard days when they are dealing with difficult situations and unhappy residents they always seem to stay positive. I really enjoy stopping by and chatting with them. 10/10 would recommend living here. Great location as well. Community garden and trash pickup is a huge plus as well! This complex is located in a good area and it is nice units have garages. The heating and cooling system is very poor, however. It is loud and on cold days the heater will run continuously just to try to stay at the set temperature. This is the same with hot days. The buildings are very poorly insulated, especially the units with garages under them. This creates a larger utility bill than what would be expected for an avg size apt. Maintenance was contacted several times regarding the issues with the heating system being loud. They were eventually able to help quiet the vibrating pipes in the walls but the heater was still louder than it should be especially in the bedroom. I was a resident of this complex for a long time. read more

I was rather picky in selecting a new residence. There were certain criteria that had to be meet such as attached garage, up to date appliances, and great neighborhood. Contour 39 offered that plus a whole lot more such as LED lighting, hot water heating rather than traditional furnace, amenities galore (try the coffee and snacks on the office). But the best part is the service. A great example is Deanna picking up a parcel amazon left at my door so it wouldn't get blown away. Great residence, great service!! read more

Be careful and read some of the others reviews. It wasn't bad while I was living there, about two years, before I bought a house. However, when I moved out they made it harder than necessary, and the property manger is entirely to blame. She was always rude to me when I went into the front office even before I planned on moving out. And being a resident that paid everything on time, was friendly to my neighbors, and recommended the place to my friends this seemed really odd. When I moved out they made sure to keep my entire security deposit, without any actual reasons for keeping it. I already paid a $400, non-refundable deposit for having a cat and dog in the apartment, so them keeping the an additional security deposit was just petty. Then you have to factor in how the dealt with COVID: demanding that I still had to get someone in there to clean the carpets, when there is a stay at home order... disappointing to say the least. You'll end up paying around $1,800/mo, when there are nicer apartments, with more parking a mile away... look around meridian and you can pay at least $500/mo less than contour. Johnny was awesome when he worked there and Deanna is great too. Nina was never friendly. read more

They are more timely than we would ever expect them to be. We have literally never had to wait even more than a day to get something repaired. They also keep the grounds beautiful here. My girlfriend and I moved to Contour39 over 2 years ago. We moved here from Pennsylvania and were on a nonstop search for a week to find our new home. If you are looking for a nice place to live with a great management staff and excellent maintenance team than you should schedule a tour with Contour 39. Deanna and Nina have been on top of everything since day one for us. Their customer service is excellent, always so friendly and i enjoy our quick chats on passing. Covid hit and with everyone staying at home I know they have had their work cut out for them but they have been on top of it. The building isn't brand new like some of the other apartments we've lived in so we have experienced some issues along the way. Michael, on the maintenance team has usually been the guy who comes out to save the day. Always SUPER nice and friendly and has come out no matter the time of day. My son loves him. I am not someone who remembers people by their names so just the simple fact that I know all of their names should let you know how great they all are. The location is wonderful, there are many great amenities and lots to do in the area. Sweet water park is a great walk or bike ride. Our son loves it too! I have lived in MANY apartments and just wanted to say we have enjoyed our stay here and the staff is to thank for that. read more

When i am in the Denver area there is no place i rather be than Contour 39. Staff is professinal and friendly. Loved it there!

Plain and simple this place is over priced for what you really get. Example 1, nothing actually works in these apartments, I've had my washer almost jump out of the laundry room and my fireplace has worked once since living here. I called maintenance and they somewhat fixed the washer, fire place still doesn't work and the water heater sucks. Example 2, no matter what your gonna hear your neighbors in a apartment, if you don't want to hear them buy a house, people will complain complain complain like a bunch of children cause you walk to loud above them. Example 3, the management at contour 39 do a great great job at collecting your checks every month but really not great at anything else. Especially being nice people. Oh yeah and if you have a dog better cut out it's voice box cause yet again this place is full of CRY BABIES. so do I recommend contour 39? Absolutely the fuck not. read more

We have lived at Contour39 for 6 months and so far it has been wonderful! The grounds are maintained beautifully and everyone from the staff to the residents are very nice and friendly. Our apartment is completely updated and gorgeous! The few times that we have needed maintenance, they have been unbelievably quick on resolving our issues. We also have a dog, so pet friendliness was a BIG priority for us. There are pet stations all around the complex and our favorite spot is "Sweetwater Park" which sits directly behind the apartment complex. They also have dog toys and treats available daily in the clubhouse. We can't imagine living anywhere else in the area. Do yourself a favor and check out Contour39 if you are looking for a clean, safe, quiet apartment complex that will meet all your needs! read more

I stayed at Contour39 for only 1 year. I only moved out because I was buying my own place. It's quiet, well maintained, and I had a pretty nice view from my balcony. The maintenance team is great and does a nice job getting repairs done in a timely manner. Deanna was very sweet from the first time I walked in to tour some of the units. She was always quick to respond to questions and helping navigate the move-in and move-out process. My neighbors were all quite friendly and some of them I will remain friends with even though I moved to a different part of Denver. read more

Extremely friendly and helpful staff including maintenance crew. We never had any major issues whatsoever but even small requests were handled right away with absolute care. We lived in a 2 bedroom 1 bath and 2 bedroom 2 bath and both are amazing as far as space, all upgraded appliances, hardwood floors, and carpet. Close to Park Meadows mall, other shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants. Beautiful park with a kids playground within walking distance just behind the complex. FANTASTIC! It took me 2 months to move into this place because I didn't want to make a mistake! I do a lot of research on the places where I'm going to move and I am VERY picky. I had a list of needs and its VERY difficult to find a place that met all of them. I even did something that I've NEVER done, I signed the lease without seeing the property in person. I have a very busy job and even though I lived in Denver, I just couldn't find the time to make it to the premises. Let me tell you, I first spoke with Johnny on the phone and he was warm, genuine and very professional. I believe Deanna(?) followed up with me a week later. Never any pressure, no pushiness and very friendly. When I came to pay my fees for move-in and look at my apartment, I had a few concerns about my specific residence. I met with Nina, and she was so interested in making me happy. I was a bit overwhelmed at their kindness, patience and understanding. I wanted to wait to give my review because I wanted to see if this was just lip service, and things would change once I'd moved in. Well, I've been a resident for just under 2 months and I couldn't be any happier. My home is absolutely lovely!!!!! I have my own garage, which is next to my front door not across the premises somewhere, and some homes have attached garages. The floor plans are not run of the mill. If you want something unique, look no further. I hate cookie cutter rectangular/box apts!! I have a full size washer and dryer, a double vanity, a closet that is about the size of my bedroom at my last place! beautiful white cabinetry with modern track lighting, dark brown cabinets on the bottom, stainless steel appliance, a gas fireplace, a perfect size balcony facing west and not staring into someone else's balcony, great view and private! Parking for guests that isn't 2 miles away and plenteous, hardwood floors, a soaking tub, storage space and water pressure that is out of this world! THICK WALLS, I don't hear my neighbors! I don't share a water heater either, I have my own. The maintenance? EVERY time I've put in a request ie light my pilot on my fireplace, its been the SAME DAY! My neighbors are friendly and considerate, Dog Owners use the pet receptacles. I haven't seen dog poop once! They keep the property maintained and looking nice. The trash bins are covered gated and picked up regularly, they even have curbside pickup once a week. Snow removal is spot on with the drives and sidewalks, even for those who have to get up real early.The location is perfect, quick access to the highway, right by Park Meadows mall and all that Ridgegate, Lone Tree and Highlands Ranch has to offer. A walking trail adjacent to the property and a park. I work in the DTC and do NOT miss my commute from downtown Denver. The light rail and bus service is very close, restaurants, fast food, delivery, recreation, and lets not forget the rent, it came in right where I wanted it. No surprises when looking at the property only to find when you talk to them the prices haven't been updated or are wrong. You can pay your rent online, do automatic pay, the rental office is open 7 days a week, and your mailboxes are in a covered place with trash and recycle cans right there. Since I moved in after the pool was closed, I can't speak to that, the fitness facility and the hot tub, but you better believe I'm going to try all of them. I am extremely happy here and feel very blessed to have found a place I can truly call home. I just hope my rent isn't doubled after my lease is up, like another review mentioned, that would really suck. read more

This place is pretty nice for the apartments themselves but management needs some work. First they have a list of dog breeds that are not allowed but don't worry they don't enforce that. Any breed is fine. If you have a dog that barks and other residents complain, don't worry the management won't do anything to you at all. They will let your dogs bark all they want. Now, if you are a resident that does the complaining please know that management will not do much to help you out. I believe they are afraid of confronting the ones who are being complained about. Contour 39 was a nightmare from the beginning. Water leaks from the apartment above, cheap and shoddy remodeling practices, and neighbors above us that have four children, WHO DO NOT LIVE HERE, visiting almost daily. These kids create a tremendous amount of noise continually running throughout the apartment. It's a shame that we actually have to leave our apartment to get any peace and quiet. We have asked the management on several occasions to address the noise levels, but our requests have gone unanswered. It seems that as long as we pay the rent (which is a considerable amount) on time that's all that matters. Should you consider moving here, reconsider.
