Truly Feels Like Home After selling my house of the past 20+ years & moving here from out of state without knowing anyone, I was welcomed with open arms. The neighbors quickly made me feel at home, and the sense of community is incredible--with regular pool gatherings, holiday events, and people who genuinely look out for one another. I've absolutely love living at AMLI at RidgeGate! These apartments truly live up to the "luxury" label--modern, clean, and extremely well maintained. The property is beautiful, and the community here is top-notch. A huge shoutout to Jordan, the community manager--he's always friendly, caring, and incredibly professional. You can tell he genuinely cares about the residents. What really makes this place feel like home is the sense of community. The neighbors are great--we look out for each other, and there's always something happening, whether it's pool gatherings or holiday events. Special thanks to the maintenance team--they are responsive, professional, and go above and beyond every time. On the rare occasions when a repair caused inconvenience, I was even offered accommodations elsewhere. That kind of service is rare and greatly appreciated. My one suggestion for improvement, would be tightening up building security--especially within the parking garage. I was the victim of a motorcycle theft last summer. A few neighbors have shared with me that they have also experienced theft. I'm told it's due to the fact the building backs up to the RTD. A couple of times I left my key fob in my unit, locking myself out of the building. But I always found an open door as a result of the key fob system, for that particular door being inactive. Still, the neighborhood feels very safe, and the pros far outweigh that one concern. All in all, I'm very happy here--and just renewed my lease! I spent the last week listening to insane noise in the unit just above me. Tonight I just lost it!!!!! I went upstairs and knocked on the door. No one answered so I pushed it open. The rudest man confronted me when I asked what was going on in there for days and how many more hours should I expect this. He was rude and disrespectful and frankly I headed right to the managers office to explain my frustration. Just met with excuses. The gates to secure our parking facility has not "worked" in at least a month. No information has been given to the residents, yet we are paying for a locked and secure complex??? The condition of the pool and hot tub is abhorrent. Either broken or so covered in calcium/lime that it has sent friends of mine considering renting here, running as fast as they could. I have a list of concerns/repairs ready to turn in but worry that they won't be addressed. I rent one of the largest and most expensive units in the facility only since May '26. I moved here from Arizona with best of intentions but have become terribly disappointed. If I pay for a secure apartment then the gates should ALWAYS WORK!!! I never have to use my fob or app for the gates to open because they are ALWAYS OPEN!!! So how safe is this place?? I'm very disappointed with Amli Ridgegate right now. Nice location, but you pay for it, and the maintenance of the building is an issue. Security Doors are not working constantly in many areas and there is always something going on in the building with inconvenient construction that takes far too long. Residents do not respect the facilities and many time the Pool/Grill has had to be shut down or the common areas are a mess because they do not clean up after themselves. The workout room is outdated and needs to be replaced with modern equipment. read more

AMLI has responded quickly regarding maintenance requests. The office staff are kind and helpful, especially Mary. AMLI hosts events like food truck Wednesdays and movie nights. The hallways are clean and the neighbors are quiet. Plenty of grass and poop stations for dogs. Would recommend living here! read more

Best experience I have had with an apparent complex so far. The front office staff are fantastic and are always willing to help in any capacity they are able to. Hats off to Jordan the manager, as well as Mary and Casey. All of them have helped us greatly in getting settled here and managing any problems including installing the grab bars our the bathrooms. The community here is amazing everyone is kind and fun. We especially enjoy participating in the events and classes that Mary sets up for the community. I honestly could not give a higher rating for this complex. It truly is a great place to live. read more

This is one of the best places I've ever rented at, they are located in Lone Tree right down the road from Sky Ridge. I want to say that the staff has been so accommodating and friendly during my stay there. Especially, Anne Marie in the leasing office as well as Breanna. They have been amazing, Anne Marie is the best hands down for Amli. I live there for about 3 years going from a 2 bedroom unit to a single unit, the staff there made my transition between units effortless as well as my move out. The amenities are always kept in excellent condition and the security and convenience too. I will miss living there, but due to family obligations I needed to move. AMLI has decreased in quality so much since my husband and I first leased at AMLI Dry Creek 6 years ago. They used to fix things around their property no matter what, which is what made them so special to us. Over the last few years, you can tell their mission across their properties has changed to what makes them the most money versus what helps the residents. They avoid major fixes like pet stained carpet around the property, smell of glycol around the property, and broken brick around the pool that cause a trip hazard to residents. Multiple break ins of cars and stolen cars/bikes have happened in the last couple months. I want to make it clear that AMLI did not even try to reach out to me about the situation even though their comment says otherwise. This company just continues to disappoint me more and more as they would rather misrepresent information than actually address resident concerns. read more

having lived at the Amli at Ridgegate for 8 years, I have seen the management of the property suddenly deteriorating over past 4 years. This property is located in a highly desirable neighborhood with proximity to everything including an excellent (previous) managerial team. The property was always kept in top condition. Over past two years the new management has come crashing dow. Hallways are always dirty with debris of tenants moving in and out. most of the time animal waste can be noticed in the hallway, elevators or garage. Lately, also reports of vandalism. Manager should pay attention to keeping the property in prime condition rather than trying to lure the tenants with social activities spending the much needed funds. AMLI has been a fantastic apartment complex in the 6months months so far we have lived here. The whole staff are incredible, they genuinely care about making this a great place to call home, and have taken care of our every need and then some. Love the events they host every month, always a great time to meet neighbors. Very clean, well maintained, cozy and a great location near the highway but still quiet. The units themselves are beautiful and spacious, have had no issues the maintenance staff hasn't fixed immediately, and truly love living here. Can't recommend this place enough! read more

I have lived at AMLI Ridge for the past almost 5 years. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place. It's a bittersweet goodbye, but truly an amazing property. The staff has always been absolutely great. I've never really had any major issues here. The amenities are the best, and the location itself is so nice. It is a pricey neighborhood but you truly do get what you pay for. Rude rude rude is all I can say. My husband and I flew in from Texas to find a place to live due to his job transferring him and I had set up several appointments with apartments so we could look around and we were barely in the door and the lady said we don't have any openings to show you around. Well after her being so rude not asking our name, the door had not even shut behind us; I was not going to give our names and appointment times I have never been to a place where someone was so rude. She could have just a lease signing. She nor us will never know. I do know that the next place we stopped at "Ovation" we signed basically on the service we got. From the moment we walked in, the leasing agent was the sweetest. .. she needs to go down there and take some notes on how to treat people. I'd advice people do not stop here unless you want to be treated rudely!! read more

This is my third lease here, things just keep getting better! I solved MY noise issues (hey, it's an apartment after all and some people will be A-holes regardless) by transferring to a new apartment when my lease ended - and they made that SO easy to do! Now I'm on an end unit where I have just one neighbor whom I never hear and I hope never moves. I have to say, latest manager (Abbey) is stable (albeit a Packers fan!) and really working to update the property - Maintenance head says carpet should be this year, I'm not holding my breath but I will say again it would help tremendously. So would people picking up and cleaning up their pet's messes! Abbey has always been incredible, like talking to an old friend with a bad choice of teams. If she treats a Vikings fan like this, imagine if a Packers fan (GAHH) moves in! Living here is like being in a high end hotel, great amenities! And the Maintenance team is second to none! Hot tub is working so much more than LifeTime Gym's used to be I finally ended my gym membership and use the great local one now. Work out, run up to my apt, change and hit the hot tub within minutes. Back upstairs, shower and ready to work. NO driving involved!! Library with free checkout, awesome! And my favorite staff member, AnnaMarie is amazing. So calm, and gracious, and always responds to whatever I needed. Not always easy too! I hope they pay her well enough to stay here! I've thought about buying, but between the outrageous home prices in Denver, and what I'd give up to move, I keep staying. There are many long term residents, so it also feels like home! read more

Whatever this community is doing to keep our maintenance guys happy, I hope they keep it up! Last night I checked a burned out bulb and ended up breaking the glass cover to my dining room lamp. Randy was here in no time, and swapped the ENTIRE light fixture with a new, nicer one. It can almost make you take these guys for granted, they are that good. I'm still loving to live here...the new management (go Abbey!) is really adding great visual improvements, and I'm told carpet is coming within the next year....keep up the great work! read more

I've been a tenant for almost 2 years and have no plans to move any time soon. I've read through a lot of these comments and I agree with a lot of them, good and bad. I want to remind people that this is a building full of individuals, and as much as management can do to curtail bad behavior, there will always be those neighbors who don't follow the rules or bring guests over who are a problem. There's also going to be that neighbor that gets along with NO ONE who always seems to stir up trouble. This will be the case anywhere you live, folks. There's been a total office staff turnover in the last 6 months which I blame on some of the issues I'm reading but I see this as them trying to shake things up to make room for improvement. I will say there is still poor follow-up to voicemails because I rarely can get anyone on the phone which is why I am giving the 4 stars, and not 5. I wanted to list some of the benefits of living here over other places: - Sense of Community They offer cooking demos and happy hours, there's a tenant-led book club in our library and movie club in the theater, among other building sponsored events throughout the year. I've made a great group of friends who live in the building and we do dinner parties and game nights in the common room. I meet a lot of residents in the hot tub and pool area, then become friends through it. It's great to walk down the halls or be in the garage and wave to 3 people passing by that you know! You won't get that in the apartments where you drive up to your unit and never interact with anyone but maybe your downstairs neighbors. -LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!! I can't stress enough how this location is prime for my commute (soon to be a half mile from home) as well as shopping, dining, and access to the highway and Light Rail. -Amenities In addition to the things I said above, the game room with fresh coffee (bring your own cup though), the amazing pool area with cabanas and a BBQ grill, the gym and common rooms, and my favorite, the library with meeting space and a 2nd-floor veranda a.k.a. the outdoor living room that overlooks the pool with all kinds of seating, as well as a dog run (soon to be enlarged) and 3 courtyards for lounging or hanging with your neighbors. They make it feel like you have a yard that you don't have to mow or maintain! All the amenities feel like you live in a much larger space than just your apartment. -Maintenance Staff Tracy and Alan truly are great. They are thorough and friendly. They'll always wave hello when they see you. They've even popped by when I was struggling to change light bulbs, hang a picture, or unclog a drain out of the goodness of their hearts and not from a work order just to help me. Even loaned me a ladder so I didn't have to go buy one (love my 10 foot cielings though)! Things I would change: - I agree the garage is pretty scary. I would love to see mirrors added to the corners for easier viewing and possibly some speed bumps. I've had an accident with another resident (thankfully a friend of mine) because our cars pull out into an L shape and we couldn't see each other because of the elevator wall. - Adult only hours in the evening for the hot tub. I don't really want to be down there at 9pm with a 3-year-old in a dirty diaper when I want to be able to have adult talk and not get splashed because their parents let them jump in. - Resident Facebook page or better communication from the office about events, for example, the book club used to get its own email and now it gets a sentence in the weekly email (if the office remembers to add it). I know other properties have community pages to post events, things for sale, etc. within the building. We have massage therapists, dog walkers, babysitters, etc. who live in the building who could post their services to other residents! Just putting a flyer in the mail room doesn't cut it. Maybe a large cork board in the common room or by the leasing office/game room where we could post things. Maybe people would quit putting used furniture, ski boots, and strollers in the recycling bins if they had a place to post it for sale/free to all residents. - HURRY UP AND EXPAND THE DOG RUN!! Now with the new building across the street with no grass yet, they are all using ours and are not cleaning up after themselves. - Dedicated phone coverage. I think it should be mandatory to have someone covering the resident's phone access during business hours. Period. Calls should never go to voicemail during business hours without prior notification of office closure. In a sales/customer service industry, if we don't answer the phone, we lose that business. Not responding to a facilities request left on VM is a big NO in my book. Hence the loss of a star. read more

This place continues to let us down. Such an overpriced apartment complex. It is run by the heartless AMLI conglomerate. You're just a number with these people. Good luck if you have an issue or need a question answered. We only lived here while we were building our new house and we are SO glad to have moved on from this place. The garage is a death trap from everyone doing 30MPH around the blind corners. I suggested that they at least put up the curved mirrors so that you can see oncoming traffic. That fell on deaf ears. We have lived at Amli nearly 2 years. There has been so much change on the property, some very disappointing. When we first moved here our bike was stolen and the office staff could have cared less. The walls are thin and you can hear every noise from above. The people drive like it's a race to get to the top or bottom in the garage my son has nearly been hit several times, and some of the people let their animals do as they please; defecating in the halls and won't pick it up or run around the pool like it's a dog park. However Tracy and Randy have always been so nice and helpful through the years. They are the only reason for the 5 stars. They are both very caring and giving. We had an issue with temperature in our daughters room and they spent alot of time trying to locate the issue. Randy was kind enough to give his personal curtains to help block out the cold when the people in corporate didn't care and basically called us liars. Tracy is the go to guy when we need something fixed. They have both become like family to us and we appreciate them immensely. read more

Drug dealers. Absolutely no security (doors open without the FOBs). Late night/early morning pool parties/disturbances. Police and swat team visits because there have been both, regularly. Management has been made aware of ALL of these things and still does nothing! Broken glass bottles in the pool. Unsafe for the youth living in the apartment complex. Dogs allowed to swim in the pool. Inconsiderate. Street side parking was taken away once surrounding construction began. Can't wait for the light rail to come in and bring more transients, truants, and traffic!!! Maintenance and cleaning staff are WONDERFUL despite this monstrosity of a living community. Luxury apartments?...I think not. Therefore, I credit the unexplainable poop we ALWAYS found to the poor management and a lack of notifying their cleaning staff. Poop on the carpets in the common areas. Pool constantly shutting down in order to clean out poop. Poop overflowing in the public toilets. Poop everywhere! Let's just say: AMLI at Ridgegate is an overall **itty place to live!!!! I have nothing else left to say other than if I had the choice to give them 0/5 stars, I would. Please hear me out, and ignore the other good reviews. read more

Paper thin walls that you can hear a mouse through. I've resorted to watching tv with headphones. Every step my neighbor above makes I hear. On the third floor I can hear conversations on the street. Staff is great and helpful no complaints there. They do maintain the building well. Amenities are very nice and well kept. Don't rely on free coffee though as machine is out of order often. You must pay for valet garbage, but the can provided is terrible. If you try and use your own can that keeps your apartment from smelling like garbage they'll fine you. You either pay to store a can you don't use and carry your own garbage out or use the service and have your apartment stink. It's not that expensive but adds to the frustration. Dishwasher is loud and doesn't clean well. Fridge is a side by side and marginal. I pay for 200 meg Comcast but during peak times cannot stream Netflix. Shower has terrible pressure if you want hot water. read more

The bad: They stopped heating the pool, its too cold to swim in now. Only little kids swim in it now. Whole place shuts down at 10, forget using the theater, pool tables, and other amenities after 10. Parking is really cramped. Tenets on the front side take up all the street parking... Forget street parking for visitors. Hall ways seem dirty. The cooking studio is never used, I was told there are events there all the time. Theater is too complicated most people don't even know how to use it. Seems like high turn over in the front office. Getting in touch with the front office is a toss up. I have been a resident at AMLI RidgeGate for 6 years and I love how the community feels like home. The amenities here are well maintained and such nice spaces to relax. Pool, hot tub, and grill are so nice to have as options to use. Not to mention the gym has all the equipment you need for a great workout. They frequently do updates, we just got new carpeting in the hallways. I love the design of my one bedroom apartment and it's just the right amount of space for one person. Maintenance requests typically get done in 24 hours, they have always been super responsive. The leasing staff is so friendly and helpful. I just renewed my lease here for the second time, so I will be living here for a total of 3 years. This is a very good apartment complex, in a convenient location, with a good value for the price: Location: Right next to the main interstate I-25, you can get in the highway in 2 minutes! Also right next to the toll roll E-470. Apartment itself: I have a 2-bedroom large apartment that is west-facing so I get awesome direct views of the Rocky Mountains! My apartment has great, new, appliances, the wood floors are very sturdy and attractive (their not cheap or fake like other places). The bathrooms are huge!!! The bathtubs are garden style and very big. The closet space is large. The washer and drier are also big and work very well. They can be a little nosy sometimes but that doesn't bother me. Finishings: Very good, the countertops and bathroom countertops feel like high quality stone and look very high end. The cabinets are nice and dark brown and the backsplash in the kitchen is classic looking. The one finish that's not so good are the main living room vertical blinds - I beak one about once or twice a month! But the maintence team is quick to fix them. Amenities: The BEST amenities I have seen for the price point. The pool is awesome! It's always clean and always heated head round if you want to swim laps. The hot tub is large and luxurious, I love going into it to relax in the evenings or on the weekend anytime of year - it feels wonderful when it super cold outside to take a nice dip in the hot tub! The gym is GREAT lots of nice, new, clean machines. There are three treadmills, three ellipticals, one bike, and lots of weight machines and free weights and an ab-ball. I have never had to wait for a machine. The gym is large and you could absolutely use it to replace s gym membership if you just like using machines. There is also a really lovely library on the 2nd floor that has lots of books to borrow, a fireplace, outdoor comfy patio couch and chair seating to read in nice weather. The library also has two board-room style office rooms you can use to work on your lab top if you have school or business work to do. Parking: Each unit comes with a free, covered garage parking spot which is awesome for the winter time. If you have two cars you can pay for a second spot or park for free or the top floor (uncovered). Maintenance: Very responsive. You can call or put in requests online. They usually fix the issues within 48 hours. Security: They have key fobs for everything and I feel very safe here. Downsides: -Guest parking is all the way on the top of the garage roof. Not a ton of street parking. -The key fob system makes it hard to have guests visit or to get take-out delivered. Even with the buzzer system, your guest needs to park in the garage and then you always have to run out and get your guest from the garage stairwell since there is a key fob entry to get from garage to the actual complex. -Not a lot of grass/land-scaping around the building. I don't mind this since I don't have any pets, but if you have a dog you may want a bit more grass than this complex offers. read more

We absolutely love it here at the AMLI Ridgegate! This is our 3rd week here coming all the way from NY. Chris the sales associate is one of the main reasons we chose AMLI. All of our apartment searches were virtual looking through pictures on the websites. Chris took it a step further and walked around the premise taking actual photos for us of the rooms, the view and the amenities. He would send us quotes of all varying options I was asking for and different move in dates. He even tried helping us get a job out here by letting us know what was available. The amenities are great here but the real reason we chose to live here was the great feeling from the staff! You want to make sure you feel at home and safe and the AMLI staff accomplishes that! read more

Overall I'm giving 4 stars based on my experience. The staff is very nice and really helpful. Maintenance happens very quickly and they go above and beyond whenever I have an issue. The pool area looks great. The lounge has a lot to offer but it is rarely utilized. The price goes a lot longer of a ways than it does in downtown Denver. The place is usually really clean inside and out. The only draw backs are that people will leave certain doors open and the buzzer will go off for a long time. Be careful if you get an apartment that switched over to satellite because their techs will screw up the cable connection. read more

My wife and I just moved in and we had an excellent move in experience! First off Chris in the office helped us for months answering all our questions and showing us various floor plans. He was extremely patient. Then when we moved in Joanna, Victoria and Tewana (if I spelled that correctly) were also all excellent. I even had a mishap with a set of keys and they replaced mine free of charge. Overall we love our apartment, it is clean and beautiful with excellent appliances and hardwood floors! I've never lived in a finer apartment building than AMLI RidgeGate. Tracy and the maintenance team do a fantastic job at keeping the building and outside area spotless and running efficiently. AnnaMarie and the office staff are always working hard to keep us residents happy as well as creating fun events for the residents to be take part in. Thanks to Tracy, Randy, and Dave and theres 1 more, not sure what his name is, but, these guys do such a fantastic job in everything they put their hands on!
