When we thought we were giving proper notice he told us we were on the hook for a year. As newlyweds we could not afford this. He told us the only alternative was until he found a new tenant. He then increases the rent to make the place less desirable and put little effort into finding tenants. We actually took it upon ourselves to advertise and show people the place. Another important note is my wife had a window fall on her hands causing her to go to the ER and they knew of this window problems! There are good and ethical people in the world and he is not one of them. Sad to see he is still doing business.

I also put a deposit check for them to hold an apartment and run a background check. After a week, I tried calling, emailing, even sent an email to the "owners" email on the site...nothing. After 10 days, I put a STOP PAYMENT on my check. When I notified them of this, they said they rented it to another applicant. Why even take a deposit? I have a great credit score, excellent references, high salary, single tentant with no kids or pets. The whole process was just so shady & the lack of response is flat out ridiculous. They said that they would keep me in mind for 10/1 apartments - but, after having dealt with such a poor experience, I couldn't imagine renting from them. I have since asked them to remove me from any future rental opportunities. My advice, stay away.

That changed after a water leak in my unit. At the time, this company was managing our HOA, and I turned to them for help. Instead of providing support, they began harassing me when I asked questions about how the issue would be resolved. The on the time board president(Don Delory)even sent me a lawyer's letter in an attempt to silence me for asking too many questions about NextGen operations. However, Don and Ken underestimated me -- they picked the wrong person to try and intimidate, and it backfired on them in a big way. I made a promise to myself that I would remove them from my association. I played a critical role in firing this company due to their sloppy management. I agree with the Cammi P. review. The Don and Ken duo exploited the association to the fullest and drove it to its knees. Don sold his units once he realized he could no longer withstand my activism. The management of this company is dishonest, manipulative, and operates like outright bullies. Please stay away far far away.

The owner Ken Foley will yes you to death, take your Association . money and do nothing that you ask . It is a small management company that still needs to learn how to manage. My Association had nothing but complains about NextGen, this caused the Trustees more headaches. Be careful who he hires for projects and find out if they are liscened and insured. I would keep a very close eye on expences your Association are charged for.He is very sneaky. Make sure that he knows the Condo Doc's He took it upon himself to pay with our Association money without informing the Association. He paid for Damages that occured to a unit owner's inside.his unit. This was paid by our Association money. He only admitted it after I confronted him .     I've lived here long enough to see three different management companies come and go, and Four…read morePoints has been the best by far. Maybe it's because we finally have a property manager who actually cares. Joshua manages our property, and the difference is noticeable. Every time I've submitted a maintenance request--even for something routine--he's been responsive and easy to get in touch with. What really surprised me is that he doesn't just send a contractor and disappear. More than once, he's shown up himself to make sure the work was completed correctly and that I was satisfied before closing out the request. It's rare to find a property manager who's both professional and genuinely invested in the building. He communicates well, follows through on what he says, and treats residents with respect. The building feels better maintained than it ever has, and it's obvious someone is paying attention. No management company is perfect, but after dealing with the previous ones, I can honestly say the experience has been a huge improvement. If the rest of their properties are managed the way ours is, they're doing something right.

Requests for items for agenda are ignored. Emails ignored. This is by far the worst management company we have had in 23* years. This is the 4th company we have hired. The board meetings have been closed to residents for over a year. The zoom meetings for board only are now to be every other month no longer monthly. Lack of financial information continues after being promised that it would be available. No transparency at all and definitely raises suspicion of wrong doing. Retaliation against members of the community are common and nastiness are accepted norms of treatment of others. Beware continue downhill slide. You don't want to live here and you don't want your parents here either!

As a condo owner, the units are gorgeous and fairly updated, but the property management committee ruins that and all our value to our units. The contractors they hand pick are a waste. They cut corners, like painting OVER wallpaper instead of doing it right the first time, a baboon cleans better than their "cleaning crew" they claim exist, they take donations for used items for example carpeting that smells like it came straight from bar harbor, and THEN confidently have a contractor install it like a puzzle that has missing pieces. It has been over 7 weeks and they STILL haven't been shampooed!!!!! I pay condo fees every month and this is what it gets me? Pfft. They'll tow your car if it sits in one spot regardless if you have a pass and the ample parking that's offered, nearly 85% of residents cant mind their own business, complaining about absolutely everything anyone does when there's bigger problems to worry about, this experience here is not one for the books. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
