So when we were looking for a new house, we did everything ourselves for a couple of months. We were lucky, however, when on one of our weekly tours, we bumped into Lisa. She explained to us the process, the market, the options and the neighborhoods. She made herself available to answer any questions we had. And this was even before we committed to working with her! From that point on, I must admit that the buying experience was made significantly easier. Lisa is amazing to work with, and was always willing to help, answer our doubts and provide her 100% to us. The knowledge she presented to us increased our confidence in buying our new house. Every message we sent (or call me made) was promptly replied to. Whenever we wanted to see a new house, it seemed like we were her only clients, because she would schedule showings sometimes in under 5 minutes, interacting with the seller's agent almost immediately. When we were onsite, she would point out important observations of the house or of the plot of land. When we finally decided on our house, she made the paperwork seamless to us, prepped us to what was coming, and countless times advised us on what we should preemptively get or collect to expedite the closing. We would definitely recommend working with her, and whenever we are back on the market we know who we will call.
