I've lived here long enough to see three different management companies come and go, and Four Points has been the best by far. Maybe it's because we finally have a property manager who actually cares. Joshua manages our property, and the difference is noticeable. Every time I've submitted a maintenance request--even for something routine--he's been responsive and easy to get in touch with. What really surprised me is that he doesn't just send a contractor and disappear. More than once, he's shown up himself to make sure the work was completed correctly and that I was satisfied before closing out the request. It's rare to find a property manager who's both professional and genuinely invested in the building. He communicates well, follows through on what he says, and treats residents with respect. The building feels better maintained than it ever has, and it's obvious someone is paying attention. No management company is perfect, but after dealing with the previous ones, I can honestly say the experience has been a huge improvement. This company is the worst company for any property condominiums, they are very unprofessional, show lack of respect to unit owners, do not return calls, texts, and or emails. Four Points Haverhill, MA, just agrees with the Board NO Matter Right or Wrong. They do not hear out the unit owners, they just comply and Agree with the Board. I have been a unit owner for 27 years in the same community, and have never seen the likes of this Board and Management. The management company has allowed this Board to fine without documentations, pictures of the infraction harass warrent fines. They just put fines on because the Board tells them to. They allow assessments on, and now they put an assessment of $3,400.00 to be paid in 29 days. This does not include the condo fee and all ready assignment of $49.00 per month that we have a loan out for a 10 year agreement. This is Ludacris to us unit owners that live on a budget. The money $3400.00 is because the Board over spent not following the Budget and the Management Four Points just watched and Allowed it!!! This management Co. Does not care about the Association they manage, they show NO Respect to the Association that pays their Salary. Do not hire Four Points as your management company, You Will Regret IT!!!! read more

horrible, horrible rental company my ex uses them to oversee the property. They have so many different people coming in the building for plumbing, maintenance. You never know what's going on. I just moved from the property June 30 and was supposed to receive my security deposit back of 4750. They kept 4100 of it so I'm filing a motion. They said extensive damage although I have a lot of videos and pictures showing nothing but a little bit of peeled paint some of the rooms scam artist. read more

THE WORST PROPERY MANAGEMENT EVER! I don't recommend it! they lie, they told us they going to fix the heat and they don't fix anything. We live in an apartment building where the heat is not working for two months. They cannot fix it, and people are freezing inside their houses while the temperature outside is -15C Celsius. This is unbelievable! Claims with everything. Heat, washers, dryers, parking, kitchen cabinets, closets. nothing is repaired. Every single problem take with them a year to be resolved! i call several times and leave a message and voicemail and they don't reply. This is horrible ! I wish i cannot put even 1 star. read more

Four Points Property Management is amazing. They have taken over this property in Haverhill since January and and I have seen an improvement. I have had service calls and they have come the same day. They follow-up and are professional that come and are a pleasure and they do an excellent job There office staff like Ernie, Randy, Sandra and the Property Manager etc. (of this property) are amazing. They did an excellent job with the snow removal. I look forward to them doing the outside work. I would recommend them highly. I feel confident when I have a problem to call them. My apartment building uses the property management company. Tonight my toilet over flowed spilling over the edge of the room into the dining room area, when I called to ask for someone to come out I was told a claim would be put in but office hours were closed so there was no guarantee. They've done work here previously were they needed to cut open my wall for plumbing purposes and when they were done with the job the paint job was so awful you can still see the outline of the wall they cut out and replaced. Awful service. Next time it floods I'll save my time and call a real plumber. read more
