If you can't get back to the customer and say, "I'm busy but haven't forgotten about you" or "I won't be able to do the work for you" then you don't have even a basic understanding of the most important business concept. We do not believe a customer should have to pursue a company to give them their business - isn't it supposed to be the other way around? Even if he came back to us now and offered to do the work for free, we would decline. Too many red flags with this guy!

Hmmm, there was a strong signal on both the private and guest WiFi, so that answer didn't sit well with me at all. I'll deduct a star for that. A month after we noticed water was not draining off half the yard, it just sits there going nowhere creating a huge muddy mess making the yard completely unusable. We were told it's our problem and the job is to extensive for Culver's to fix and we would have to hire someone else. This is after spending nearly 33k on our project. After several months and attempts to get the owner to come inspect their work we have yet to hear from anyone. I guess putting in drainage tile is to extensive of a job for a landscaping company.
