Took my 88 bayliner in for shifting problems I put new cables on it just needed to have them adjusted took the boat out and same issue as the last time. They said bring it back we will fix no charge after spending 840 dollars they said it was all fixed they tested the shifter a thousand times. Took it to the lake next day to try it shifted into reverse to back away from dock and now stuck in reverse no neutral no forward jammed in reverse . Not happy Took it home pulled the outdrive and found they broke the new shift cable. Boat still not working so I've arranged to send it to london mobile marine to hopefully get it up and running . Had the boat 2 years now and got 2.5 hrs of use out of it. I'm not happy with the service and don't recommend using them for mechanical issues read more

this was the worst place I have ever had to deal with they had my boat not once but twice since the work was not done right. now I have owned the boat now going into the 3 summer and it still has not seen the water these guy are just scammers the work is the worst and now they have damaged one of my $500.00 rims and my carpet they still have not done $3953.20 worth of work that we paid for please stay away from these people they should not be in business read more

I totally regret going to them. I was fooled by the high star rating received by the previous owner. It all started with a simple problem in my starter motor, they replaced it for me but damaged the motor mount. They pretended that it was like that before. I moved on and said firm I will pay for that. I took it to the water to find out that the impeller was not working. I brought it back to them and they changed that for me but to realize that the damaged my outdrive. After spending 3+k I ended up with a damaged non working boat. I have been chasing them for over a month now to fix my outdrive and it never happened. I will file a consumer complaint but I really do not want this to happen to any one. Avoid them at all costs. They turn the smallest problem into a big thing to rip you off. read more

Had u-joint, exhaust, shift bellows and water hose replaced last year, then boat was winterized and put away... never went in the water. This year the shift was very stiff and the boat stalled when shifted in or out of gear, especially into reverse, both NEW problems. I pulled the outdrive and the bell housing was full of water, with corrosion on the shift cable, a corroded and frozen (pooched) gimbal bearing and rust on the yokes and drive shaft. The o-ring that seals the water passage between the bell housing and outdrive was partly folded in half WHEN IT WAS IMPROPERLY INSTALLED by Heritage Marine, in 2013. Today I called to ask them what they thought and was told "not their fault, this happens sometimes, the boat is not new, ie used outdrive and bell housing, so they are not responsible, but gimbal bearing replacement and shift cable replacement could be done for about $500 + taxes. I indicated I was not satisfied, but that fell on deaf ears... not even a half-hearted apology. I wouldn't trust them to do any more work, as I'm not sure they can or would get the outdrive sealed up properly next time, or really give a damn if they didn't. read more
