I was greeted when I walked in and directed to the ceiling fans which was the purpose of my visit. Picked out a Savoy House brand and as I was waiting for the paperwork I was asked by 2 others staff member if I needed any help. You have to pick up your purchase around the back where the warehouse is located. One of the staff brought the ceiling fan out to my vehicle and loaded for me. I guess I visited at the right time, the staff received some additional training or the customer was just an @$$. My only criticism was that many of the ceiling fans I liked on display was on back order otherwise they would had gotten 5 stars.

They used to provide exceptional quality fixtures in all different price ranges, but now it's generally lower quality and lower pricing. Also, the sales people are horrendous. The woman that was assigned to help us was of absolutely no value. She didn't know her stock, she offered no guidance, no assistance, and no suggestions. She was truly worthless. I used to love this store, but I was just so disappointed to see what has become of it.
