I just got tired of buying outdoor furniture and things that only last a couple years even with me trying to take care of them. So I decided to shop for high quality furniture and the very first thing apparent here is that every single thing they offer is of the highest quality and I fully expect it to last a long time. We are already off to a great start with what I purchased. On first visiting I had sticker shock just because I never shopped for high quality furniture before. But once I visited other high quality furniture stores, I know they do offer some very good prices here. Some sets were more than $1,000 cheaper than what I believe to be the same thing that I saw at other stores. So not only is it high quality, it's a great value. All that is well and good. The greatest advantage of shopping here is the people. They are the nicest and friendliest people you could ever meet. It's a family run business and every person we met showed true and genuine customer service but not only can you can tell they're very passionate about what they do but they are experts as well. This was a big decision for me and I made a lot of trips in and as I worried it probably was looking like I was window shopping or never going to buy. They still treated me the same on every single trip in. They spent as much time with me as I wanted. In the end we decided on an excellent set that we love, but more importantly I've almost never made a purchase that I felt as good about than I have buying from Casual Image. Lastly, what really made it worth it was the delivery. The fact that everything came assembled and in perfect condition and the delivery drivers put it exactly where I wanted was incredible care and showed the same great friendly customer service that made me feel amazing. I love this place. I never purchased patio or deck furniture or accessories, but I've purchased three sets of gas logs from them - over a decade ago and my customer service was experience was amazing back then - and when I had a recent need to contact them, I was once again treated to stellar customer service. The sales members are knowledgeable* and friendly and super helpful without being obnoxious. I'm a life-long customer! *I might not have liked to hear what Ms. Miller had to say about ventless gas logs - but I sincerely appreciated her being honest and upfront with me about everything I would need to do to bring my set-up to code if I wanted to switch to them. read more

Came here to look for outdoor rocking chairs and was not impressed with the selection. They only had one chair and it's price point was way beyond Georgia Patio in Kennesaw which had many selections. It might have been that what we were looking for was pretty specific, but we took a look around at the other merchandise and felt that the price point was pretty high. We've never seen many people in this store, so I worry for it's future, but I will say that the salespeople were at least helpful and attentive. read more

We had an outdoor covered patio designed and installed and could not be more happy!. Their team of contractors worked quickly and efficiently to complete the project in 2 weeks. Considering it was about 600 SQ feet , we expected it to take 3-4 weeks. Needless to say the exceeded our expectations. The communication between the Owner/general contractor was exceptional as well. We always knew what to expect next and the timing of each stage. Also if we made any changes, they worked with our requests and still kept the project moving along. I have always believed you get what you pay for. My husband and I purchased a set of outdoor furniture from this store. We had a couple of problems with the moving parts breaking and we called the store to report the problem. They were right on it and first tried to repair the parts. This worked for a few months but broke again. We called back and they reordered new furniture from the manufacturer. We received all new frames and it appears the new frames are built more sturdy. I went into Casual Image today to find furniture for a new porch. My main priority is to find something very comfortable. Fortunately I ran into Karen as I walked in! After asking about my needs and what I was hoping to find, she took me through the entire store and had me sit on numerous sofas and chairs, spending a lot of time with me. Then we went through the fabric books. She really knows her products and gave me wonderful ideas. This was the worst project we have ever had done at our home and the worst customer service, I'm not sure how this place is still in business or how they have any good reviews. Always had an excuse for poor service. Business owner is dishonest, did a poor job completing the project and now we have water issues in the bottom of our outdoor structure. He lied about multiple issues during the building process. From the beginning when the labor did not show up 3 different days as scheduled to the hired labor taking off and not completing the project and leaving grout out causing water damage. This was not shared with us or any of the numerous complications until we began having issues after project completion. We are having to have another contractor come in to fix it because he patched the problem and refused to actually fix it permanently. Blamed the granite company they suggested we hired and the labor and took no ownership. read more
