The time from when I write the maintenance request until it is taken care of is almost always the same day and many times within a couple of hours. The property outside is also well taken care of. In the winter, I have never had to worry about the snow and ice. It is always taken care of. They provide doggy poop bags around the property and they have a dog area where the dogs can run around. We don't have any dogs, but there are many here. We have never felt unsafe because they are always on leashes. The residents are also friendly and kind. The property manager is also very helpful whenever necessary. We just renewed our lease for another year and plan to be here for a long time.

The "convenient" location is a LOCKED gate (by Carisbrooke) to the many stores and restaurants that abut the property. "On-site maintenance" is one man who is shared with multiple locations and lives over an hour away. And ... don't call after 4:00 - it's never an emergency. The heat is shut off April 1st, and the Air is shut off on September 1st-weather isn't a factor-it goes by the maintenance schedule. So on those 80 degree September days - no air - you need to go out! General cleaning for this 100+ unit building is done by one person only Monday to Friday. No matter the weather, you will walk into 3 "wet floor" signs - the residents move them for walkers, wheelchairs, carts, etc. Common halls are vacuumed once a month, glass doors and elevators cleaned mostly once a week and common trash at entries are overflowing by Saturday. You will walk thru trash on Monday morning getting to your car. The interior common windows have NEVER been washed. The fitness center is a room, with posted hours, no restroom or access to water (most of us pay for a gym). The TV is not connected to service. The resident function room and the common bathrooms are locked to residents the game room and library have been removed. For $75 per month you get under cover parking. Most residents park there M-F after 5:00 p.m. and all weekend for free. If you pay for a spot , it's your job to ensure someone in your spot is towed (that is not a maintenance call or an emergency). The property manager does park closest (because they can easily slip out the back door to avoid the residents) - that spot is not available to lease. The building is externally secure, however, any correspondence from the property manager (which oddly is more than a couple times a month) will be taped on your door. Its an easy way to tell which apartment has no one home. The security cameras are used against you ie.- "break down the box, you're on camera", etc.) Because everything is locked after office hours, there is no community - you walk in, go to your room and leave when you want to have fun. Essentially, you pay adult prices and are treated like an impoverished child!

Leasing…read moreoffice mishandles personal property and often times throws out your personal property without notifying you or properly reimbursing you for half of your clothes and severe emotional distress. The apartment we stayed in was in was Lofts at Mill One and it is so bad quality (infested with bugs, damage everywhere, windows not properly installed). Not to mention, the apartment started construction at 7am right outside our room which lasted for about a month even though we asked them to move it to the normal working hours of the day, the workers still decided to come as early as 7am. Things constantly broke and when we would reach out to maintenance to fix it, they would takes weeks to even fix a ceiling light. The apartment itself did not reflect the high rent of quality we were paying, it was honestly a scam and the amenities are not worth it (gym is very small with barely any equipment). Most of the Brady Sulllivan apartments that we have toured are like this unfortunately. Leasing office is also unprofessional when in correspondence with their residents. Believe reviews that are consistent about how slow maintenance is, or how bad parking is especially when it snows and you come back at work at around 5pm and they're telling you to move it two blocks away from here. Do your research and you will see similar reviews about very low quality, high rent, bad maintenance, and serious unprofessionalism. The leasing office says "everything is clearly stated in the lease and our rules are there to protect residents", it's up to you whether you want to live here but honestly I wish I had done more research and saved myself a year of giving Brady Sullivan my money. There are better apartments than staying at the lofts. Be smart and find the quality you deserve to stay in elsewhere.

They'll lie to your face about everything in an effort to extort money from you. My fiancé and I…read moresaw the apartment we wanted (which was pretty overpriced, especially considering the square footage and location in a menagerie of parking lots), and in order for them to take it off the market we had to apply in person right then and there. We loved the apartment and were looking to move right away. The application process took us THREE HOURS! They had to keep fixing things on their end, the link wouldn't work, the logging on was confusing (we're in our twenties and tech-savvy). We were so excited--we had a move in date, the apartment was off the market, and we even decided on a move-in date with them. We drove back to our respective houses and started packing. Cue a few days later, we got an email right as their office CLOSED for the day. It said our security deposit was captured but returned to us. No reason listed, very vague, automated email. I immediately called the leasing office manager Donna on her personal cell (which she forgot she had given me and I assume promptly regretted) and asked what was going on, why did it fail, if we could continue the process with a new co-signer, and her answer was "I don't know, I don't know, I'll check tomorrow after the two tours I'm hosting, call the office after 11am". I call the office a little after 11 the next day. She informs me that our co-signer's application failed and that SOMEONE ELSE APPLIED FOR OUR APARTMENT LAST NIGHT!!! After I had called her! After we spent over 3 hours of our lives with her trying to apply for this apartment! THE APARTMENT THEY TOOK OFF THE MARKET FOR US! The apartment we were pressured into applying and paying the 50$ application fee each that day to ensure it would be ours! I said "Well, tell them it was a mistake! We are literally in the process and have been in touch with you this whole time; tell them the apartment is off the market and there was a glitch or something! There is literally no universe in which this is right." All she said was "That's not how it works." I could go on and on about how they then tried to sell us on another apartment, their lies and inconsistencies, Donna's apathy and weaponised ignorance, but then this review would turn into a book. TL:DR They are money hungry scumbags who don't care about people and lie to your face.

The staff is very nice and maintenance is always there when needed. Other than the paint, I don't think things were done cheaply in here and most stuff is really good quality. The common areas are nice and they keep up the appearances of the building, as well as do events and leave little things at your door on holidays. The bad: The location itself is not great. If you live on the front side of the building you will have less noise. The back side can be a nightmare. There's a utility company that is back there and it sounds like they have 50 foot fans going at all times. It's almost the equivalent of being next to a small highway. It's a lot of ambient noise that makes it difficult to get work done if you leave your slider open on a nice day. The train can also be really bad. When the train just passes through, it's not that bad. The shaking isn't terrible, but sometimes the trains stop behind the building and sit there FOR DAYS with the engines on. As if all the noise before wasn't loud enough. So pretty much forget leaving a window open on a nice day unless you want to not be able to concentrate or hear the TV. Next, they are building a parking garage on this road right in front of the stadium. Getting into or out of my place when the SNHU arena has an event can already be miserable, so once that goes up forget it. You're home all night at that point. The stadium also causes issues. People park wherever they want in the resident parking and I know many have complained but nothing is done. They said a tow truck patrols but living here a year I've never seen anyone towed. It's really annoying because when you go to sleep with the window open you can hear loads of people being loud and walking back from the ballpark outside while you are trying to sleep. It's also a dog friendly community and I do have a dog. Multiple times I've seen dogs off leash and complained but it seems as if nothing as ever done because I continue to see the same people do it over and over again. While their dogs might be friendly, my dog is terrified of others and would not do well if another dog approached him. Lastly, they recently changed their rent and it's going way up. Last I heard a 2 bedroom was $2,900 and a one bedroom as high as $2,400. The prices change daily? So depending on what day you tour there could be different prices. Idk it dumb as hell and a lot of why were leaving. Overall, I'd say if you could pick this building up and move it to like a nice area in Bedford, I'd say it's worth it. If you're looking for a place close to downtown it would be good for college kids or recent grads. Not that most could even afford it. Oh and they also don't want college kids living here... can't live here if you're enrolled in school.
