When my child started to show some mischief and emotional control issues, they went out of their way to communicate with us and come with ideas we could all use to improve my child's wellbeing at school and home. They even went so far as to call around and find local and state resources to use if we desired. Debra, Bella, Tonya, Mo, and Lori are all amazing and truly show that they love what they do and put the effort in to equip kids and parents with the tools to succeed. Can't thank you all enough!

It was deeply unprofessional and heartbreaking. In addition, the director told us illegally--without any evaluation or license--that our son had ADHD and needed behavioral therapy. This kind of labeling is completely inappropriate and outside their professional scope. There were also repeated issues with poor communication, unrealistic expectations for his age, and no appropriate follow-up when we raised concerns about bruises. Our son is kind and social, and we've never seen the behavior they claimed in any other setting including other daycares. We've reported the incident to the state and hope no other family has to go through this

We were not called when these things happened during the day but he needed wipes and they called like telemarketers! The last straw was when I picked my child up and he was crying, when I took a good look at him, he had a black eye forming and his face was swelling! When I asked what happened, not 1 of the 3 teachers in the classroom could tell me what happened. Although he had not been a problem for any teacher up to that point and despite him attending the daycare for almost 2 years, he was immediately treated differently and pushed out. For a Christian daycare which was very expensive to attend, I was shocked and disappointed to see my little child treated so differently because of something written on a sheet of paper.
