Check this out! First of all I am a carpet cleaner. I live in Los Angeles and was visiting my aunt. I had a situation years ago where I had to use another carpet cleaner before while out of town. Who else do you turn to but YELP. Even though it was a holiday (The 4th of July), High Class was available. I called all around the Bay Area searching for someone to come help with the fireworks we saw in my aunts living room. I needed someone to remove the vomit my cousin threw up on the carpet. I have met and used the services of another guy in the area before, but they were not available either. I spoke to the owner Curtis about our needs and concerns of the kids running around the house. I didn't want them to track it further through the house. He listened and said he would come out himself with an employee to help us out. I kept everyone away from it during our party. Curtis did an absolutely amazing job on our carpets. His attention to detail and focus was great and was extremely professional. He responded the same day we asked for an estimate and came out within a couple of hours of our calls and was extremely timely with an estimate and offered very competitive rates. We recently relocated to the area and our movers completely trashed our carpets and in some places they were stained so bad we thought we would have to have it replaced . Oh man, you guys. Worst skunk incident you can imagine. No, seriously: imagine the worst it could possibly be, and mine was worse. It was like being in a cloud of pepper spray -- coughing, gagging, eyes watering. We had to stay in a hotel for two nights. I thought my house was ruined. Knowing this needed serious intervention, I started with pest control companies, figuring they could refer me to someone to help me deodorize my ruined house. Orkin told me about a giant company called ServPro. I called them about my problem and they quoted me $3,500 to completely clean out my crawl space. Then I read the reviews here and gave Curtis a call. He quoted me $350 to fog my house and crawl space. Yes, that's right -- knocked off a full zero. He happily came on a Saturday and waited patiently while we both struggled for an hour to figure out how to turn the gas off in my house. He was super reassuring and patient, never up-sold me on anything I didn't need and best of all, I came home three hours after the foggers were turned on and the smell was gone. It was like a miracle. I still get a few whiffs now and then and Curtis said it might take one more application -- because, like I said, SO BAD -- but I can finally sleep in my house again!
