Let me start by saying this is not your typical review because my purchase was not typical at all…read moreand neither are this amazing team. I was referred to Tina and Ryan through Tulsa Remote but unlike others it was also direct referral from a Mutual friend/client in addition to all the good things that were mentioned from other T.R. members. I'm Originally from Miami, FL. Lived in the Bay area for a decade and have traveled quiet a bit so when I decided to checkout Tulsa, I knew right away that I wanted to buy a home. During my initial visit to Tulsa, we had an informal meeting and viewed a few places that I wasn't interested on. Shock their hands, went back home and told them I would be back in 3-4 months. A few weeks later Tina called me near Christmas time and she had found what I was looking for, I jumped on a flight back to Tulsa to checkout the place and gave them the Thumbs up. This is where things got difficult and closing got postponed several times due to the seller but Tina and Ryan showed their expertise and poised and handle it amazingly. Proved me why as my Real State team truly had their best interest in me. I will leave you with one example: At the time of closing , before I had even moved to Tulsa. They did their final walkthrough of the home and found it had a leak due to frozen pipes and a running meter. I don't think any other realtor would of realized and closed the sale without notifying the client. Because of their due diligence, She was able to renegotiate and save me lots of $ and headaches. This and the rest of other not typical very uncommon seller proceeding showed me how good and dedicated they are as a real state team. Can't recommend them enough, specially if you're buying from outside of Tulsa.

When I picked up the keys, nobody showed me the property. Upon inspecting the unit, it was delivered in a severely unlivable and hazardous condition, including heavy accumulations of rat feces in the garage, exposed electrical wiring, and dysfunctional doors throughout the entire house that do not close properly. When I raised these repair and cleanliness issues, staff dismissed them as "minor things," despite me repeatedly mentioning that I have a 2-month-old baby. These conditions presented an immediate and unacceptable safety risk, and we did not move into or occupy the house for even a single day. When we asked to switch to a nearby property under their management, they unfairly demanded an entirely new deposit. Staff members Shawn and Whitney, were dismissive and passive-aggressive throughout the process. When we returned the keys, management explicitly acknowledged that the lease never commenced and was voided/shredded. Yet, despite admitting the tenancy never took place, they unjustly kept our $1,700 deposit under the excuse that the home was temporarily taken off the market for 1 week. Renters beware--make sure you inspect thoroughly and protect your funds before dealing with this company. You are better off dealing with legitimate people who actually want to provide good service and be honest.
