I was referred to Tina and Ryan through Tulsa Remote but unlike others it was also direct referral from a Mutual friend/client in addition to all the good things that were mentioned from other T.R. members. I'm Originally from Miami, FL. Lived in the Bay area for a decade and have traveled quiet a bit so when I decided to checkout Tulsa, I knew right away that I wanted to buy a home. During my initial visit to Tulsa, we had an informal meeting and viewed a few places that I wasn't interested on. Shock their hands, went back home and told them I would be back in 3-4 months. A few weeks later Tina called me near Christmas time and she had found what I was looking for, I jumped on a flight back to Tulsa to checkout the place and gave them the Thumbs up. This is where things got difficult and closing got postponed several times due to the seller but Tina and Ryan showed their expertise and poised and handle it amazingly. Proved me why as my Real State team truly had their best interest in me. I will leave you with one example: At the time of closing , before I had even moved to Tulsa. They did their final walkthrough of the home and found it had a leak due to frozen pipes and a running meter. I don't think any other realtor would of realized and closed the sale without notifying the client. Because of their due diligence, She was able to renegotiate and save me lots of $ and headaches. This and the rest of other not typical very uncommon seller proceeding showed me how good and dedicated they are as a real state team. Can't recommend them enough, specially if you're buying from outside of Tulsa.

They rent, lease and sell. I was a renter, lost my job a week before Christmas, tried to work something out with them (payments when I got a job), which they refused. I had previously requested that repairs be made (front door wouldn't close or lock, dishwasher leaked and flooded the kitchen every time I used it), but they wouldn't fix those either. I went ahead and cleaned the place and left with all my rent paid. The week after Christmas, they filed suit against me for time remaining on my contract. Then, they garnished all the money out of my checking account (it was all I had to live on) even though I had no job. Their web page makes it sound like they are "nice" people" and that they will work with you. They removed all personnel who knew the property and fired them. They replaced them with their own employees (which is understandable), but then paid them far above our budget, increasing costs without added value. They eliminated resident access to the Management Office. We were literally told "don't bother them." Doors were removed and a wall was built so residents could not access the office. RPM personnel referred to residents using inappropriate names like "Team Ugly." I overheard this personally. Questions sent via email are rarely answered directly. Instead we receive vague, runaround responses with no real information. Overall communication and professionalism have been extremely poor. Unfortunately, interactions with specific staff members, particularly Marianna and Gem, have been especially unprofessional and dismissive. Luckily Marianna is no longer here, but Gem is unfortunately still around. This company has created frustration, reduced transparency, and lowered confidence in the management of our property.
