This company is adamant that I am married and requesting documents from my non-existent spouse. I have never been married in my life. The company refused to revisit the application and chose to make a decision off of an assumption. Poor business!! Luckily we have approvals from other lenders, but I will be sure to never recommend this lender to anyone in our group of business owners. Shame, shame, shame! There were a few issues along the way, and they assisted us in resolving each one. They were extremely patient answering all our questions. Although all the staff was very accommodating, Janel was absolutely outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about our experience.
